1) We know for sure that the judge is town reading honeybee and will save honeybee
2) We don't know if the judge is town reading singer
3) A scum judge can get away with saving honeybee again, but saving singer would be pretty much a reveal of allignment, while also exposing the scumteam

Constantine, scum could be withholding singer's role PM in order to incriminate her. Also, if we do attempt to Lynch singer and she's saved, it proves jack shit. A scum judge has no reason NOT to save their scumbuddies, because who the judge is has not been revealed. They also have reason to save town, because of what you just said. Singer being saved would not prove her scum, because scum could save a townie to make them look like scum. Yes?
