I had a dream last night that after I last posted, Wisdom came in and used a day vig shot on Vedith and he flipped bad guy.

I don't even really have an issue with anyone on the wagon apart from BRantz (though I can think of a few reasons bad guys may have not voted Vedith yet if he's town so the make-up of the wagon doesn't mean all that much to me).

I still don't believe it's all that likely Vedith will flip bad guy, though I'm interested in seeing how this day ends up playing out now.

Interestingly (or perhaps not so interestingly), Vedith is BRantz's first vote! Congratulations on popping your voting cherry, BRantz!

Look, figuring out who is or isn't a bad guy isn't about how eloquent one is, or how much sense one makes. It is about looking at what one is doing and assessing whether their intentions are pure, whether their spirit just, whether their soul devout, and so on and so forth.

Muki-slot could very well be a bad guy. I am not certain that he's not (or rather, I am not certain enough that I would bet on it, though gun to my crotch I would say town). But I don't really see bad guy motivation in his posting. I don't really see an attempt to fit in with the town and I don't really see an attempt to manipulate or give fake reads. The whole Wisdom thing with, "oh I told him he was wrong and he didn't re-evaluate!" isn't really persuading to me because that's not what actually happened (no matter how much Wisdom insists it is what happened - and no, no matter how many times you quote it and say, "BUT IT IS WHAT HAPPENED? SEE!" it won't make it any more true; I can see how you'd think you somehow showed him to be wrong, but you didn't, really - at least not the way I'm interpreting it and if I can interpret it in a different way then I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt and suggest it's possible he did as well). And I am OK with Muki's posts outside of that. I don't think he was being manipulative when he gave his reasoning for the Oil Tycoons read. I don't think he was being manipulative when he did any of the other things he was doing. I think he was genuinely trying to figure out things. Or I suppose it's also possible that he was just throwing out random things, possibly at the behest of someone who is a bad guy with him, but I didn't really feel that was the case. I think it was him looking at things and thinking about things in a way that a town player would.

I haven't actually read anything Vedith has written so far. But from a quick skim of his ISO, I'm not hating him, even if he hasn't done much of anything really. 'twould be nice if there were more to go on but there isn't, soooooooo meh.

I have the same issues with the way the Prohawk wagon has developed; I don't think there's very strong evidence to suggest that Prohawk is actually town but I don't see any strong evidence to suggest he's a bad guy, either. I think the blase indifference to his wagon is OK (but I also think he knows that blase indifference to things like that are generally viewed in a positive light, so meh). I think maybe he was being genuine about the whole, "I try harder as a bad guy!" thing. The main things I dislike about the Prohawk wagon are how it developed (I don't like the composition of it), where it went (nowhere, because no one on it seems to care enough to push it hard, despite there being some of the more prolific players in the game on it) and why it even exists.

As for BRantz, what has he actually done? I read his posts and I see lots of words but I see no meaningful content in them. There's no firm stances; only a whole bunch of "I feel this could be the case but maybe it isn't but maybe it is but maybe it isn't, woe is me." There's no real analysis because all of it is as mentioned - wishy-washy stances. What bothers me a bit, and I have no way to prove this so it's just a feeling that I think would make sense, is that I think the try-hard wall posts he made were in response to his bad guy buddies prompting him to look more town (perhaps giving him some ideas about what to do), and then him going, "oh, I can try, maybe this will work!" And then people dismissing it as town content because it looks long, even though nothing mildly interesting was said. For example, if you ignored the town, neutral, scummy thing he wrote in that one wall post, do you think you could tell me where he stood on any of his reads (apart from maybe Luna and Tammy, who seem to be the only ones he confidently said he liked without contradicting himself at an earlier or later point)?
