On forum mafiascum that basically translates to: "Hi, I'm scum. Fuck off".
Why do I know?
I've said those words both as town and scum in past games.
The catch is, he might actually be sitting on a very powerful town PR.
If he is, the scum are eager to see him full roleclaim early.
From my perspective the WIFOM it has caused is a bitch.
I called it as bad play as soon as I read it (whatever his alignment).
Now he should only roleclaim if he is at 'Intent to hammer'.
No earlier.
No shortcuts.
People should only vote DeathNote because they think he is scum.

Why Keysor Seze is Scum

I have spent my life as a relatively average American would. I drink soda pop, play video game, believe imperialism is the best -ism, and find foreign cultures weird and detestable. But 2 years ago,, my life changed. I found Mafia, and found I was good at Mafia. I learned how to identify scum based on cues and fitting the evidence to my theory like any good scientist of today. I found that scum post somehow differently in games they are scum in; as opposed to town in. I found out that by saying something enough I could make myself and others believe it. Keysor Seze is scum.
Keysor Seze is scum because he is a lurksack who is not posting content. In the stead of content, he posts 1-liners and chalenges that don't mean anything; and this is because he is scum trying to hide. Keysor Seze is scum trying to avoid anchoring himself to any opinion or player too early.
Keysor Seze is posting much differently than my last game with him; where he foolishly tried to lynch me because he is a total noob. Here, he is ignoring me and not posting at all. He is using christmas to hide behind bcause Keysor Seze is scum.
Keysor Seze is scum because he does scummy things. Keysor Seze tries to be cute or funny, but Keysor Seze is scummy because of that. Keysor Seze is posting catchup posts that aren't engaging other players because Keysor Seze is scum.

From all this, we can safely conclude that Keysor Seze is scum. Especially since

he isn't actually engaging players and hasn't posted much outside of his totally not-town catchup posts!

I'm still not sure about Key right now. He's honestly someone that's always hard for me to read. I will say though, that his play is significantly different than in Pariah's Mafia, which you likely remember, since you modded it and all. In Pariah, he would come in with these long, detailed posts about people. Kind of reminded me of what Wake used to do (speaking of which, where is he?). I seem to recall Key actually like playing along with the flavour, which was kind of crazy too.

In his original QQ about meta post he was complaining about people townreading and that he didn't fit into the site meta because he didn't have those meta reads, and treated them like word of god clears.

Then he backtracked in response to your post and said that he was in fact still trying to push Cow, even though it's clear in his first post that he was treating the meta reads like clears.

I still remember that he changed his stance in response to one of your posts, which I will remember after I lynch him.
