This is a game based off knowledge and what we know is that there was only one kill. Until a second one happens, you have no right to say otherwise so yeah, I believe that.

no it makes wicked town because Dwlee is giving him towncred for the being the first on Dave.

start from scratch:

Right now, we should all give wicked some towncred for starting the Dave wagon (I haven't actually really checked so I don't know exactly how true this is but lets say it is for the sake of argument since dwlee said so). This is regardless of Dwlees post.

Now the reason we can give him towncred is because we now know that Dave was red. Dwlee was giving him the towncred BEFORE dave flipped.

There's no reason for him to have gave wicked a townread pre-flip. And that's not even counting what frog pointed out about those horrible quotes.

I didn't got the answers I asked after ward. his readlist is sooo damn selective. his null slots freak me out and I think he is trying to show he is with town but thinking from another aspect.

I can see that as a scum who tries to make things muddy and be with town at the same time.

I know I am a bad player but I know there is no way in hell an SK can win without killing some people. If the SK wants to not kill just to frame me for a potential lylo situation, thats cool with me. I will gladly take the rope if it comes to that point.
