Was she a hydra or an alt? Because if she was a generally new player, I would find it harder to believe that her instinct would be "lol fuck this guy" vs "how do I react to this"? There's a difference between how you would react to that and how someone else reacts to that. Are you weighing that at all or no?

Can someone hit me in the face really hard with why Burning's slot is conftown by mechanics?

Nope, I find it highly unlikely Aj is scum, and i know I am not.

I don't like your slot either (Itlepip) he seemed rather lynch happy and was acting like his recent scum game.

AJ seems scummy to me because his read on randomidget feels unbelievable.
When a read on someone is weird, it's worth looking into.
And the reasoning that AJ is bringing up just doesn't really follow in a way that makes sense to me. "Random is worse at scum than just scumclaiming" isn't a thought process I've ever seen. With random likely having been scum, it feels like awkward overjustification in hindsight for a bad interaction with a scummate.
If I was town and I'd had a bad read? I probably would be defending it less on a fundamental level and would be moreso trying to explain why I got to that place that I was at. AJ feels more like he's trying to hold on to a fake read than town feeling shitty about a bad read.

I'm curious as to how you're reading Fire's tone these last few pages.
Because it's not reading like my limited experience with his towngame to me at all.
In particular, I'm wondering whether self-consciousness is something you'd associate with his scumplay.
