Plastic-wrapped board games lined the shelves, a large rainbow collection of exotic dice were neatly arranged by the counter. Card sleeves and cards for almost any TCG were available to be purchased. A sign hung in the door "Grand Opening, sale on all Board Games 20% off!" People began to come from around town to see what was up.'

Ok, I looked a bit closer at the rules violation in question and I don't think any ongoing games were referenced, intentionally or otherwise. At least the integrity of this game seems fine so I'm not going to do anything at this moment. Once again, do not talk about ongoing games though.

Christmas Day was in full swing at the game shop. People were singing, buying, and merry-making. Some people were playing pokémon in the back room. Stockings were hung by the counter with care, in hopes that customers would soon be there.

And I in my ugly Christmas sweater, hands on my hips, browsed through the store, caught up in it all.

Suddenly commotion from somewhere out back! Thief!, shouted someone and we ran real fast. Someone was loading up games into a sack; he was just finishing up with the last!

AP patrols around the shop, scanning the area in nervous anticipation. All has been relatively quiet since RadiantCowbells was evicted.

"Why is it so quiet? Have all the troublemakers finally been removed? This has been the most disastrous opening event in the history of opening events and disasters."

Firebringer over hears the mutterings and looks away for a second.

"Well...I DID lock Golden Robster in the closet for the last hour or so."

"What?"

"In fact he may still be there"

With a quick leap, we race off to the back of the store to where Robster was held.

"Just hold still I'll get you out. Then we get back to destroying this place."

ErrantParabola turns around slowly to see the gamers all staring at him.

"Nevermind, I'm out!"

He takes off running, knocking over a stand of comic books. He runs out the back and is never seen again.

But seriously, thank you all for playing. Ultimately town had a good game despite the craziness going on. I wasn't entirely sure how this setup would go from a design perspective. Its intentionally light on town power to accommodate the traitor role. I'd hoped that the Traitor role would be interesting to play in a neighborhood with a town and a teammate. The town neighbor ended up being bulletproof in this setup because otherwise it would make sense for the traitor to claim in the neighborhood N1 and have mafia shoot the townie. The traitor was "informed" of the exact roles of the 2 people in the neighborhood with them so that they wouldn't accidentally attempt the aforementioned trick and shoot a bulletproof townie just to out two scum in the process.

The scum power was also intentionally light. The Mafia Cop role served no purpose but to help identify the Traitor. The neighbor modifier is really neither a benefit nor a detriment power-wise. Essentially the scumteam was strictly worse than being 4 Goons. Town only had 3 moderate strength roles for that reason. The Miller was also intended to be confusing for scum but Wickedestjr played a town enough game that no one was really confused about his alignment. And also he was investigated by Nero.
