and yes, i am aware that dictating a pool of 5 players pretty much tells scum where to shoot, that is also part of why it's not so bad an idea if the right group of players is actioning (e.g. i'd probably choose pumbaa, genji, nene, tne, varsoon or something like that, dunno, maybe swap one for honey moon - i don't know how likely it is that all those names are town but that doesn't really matter)

actually, GIF refused to answer when i asked about it but if we assume scum can't action and kill on the same night it's a really good thing. i don't think that's necessarily a good assumption to make but the point is that there's a lot to learn from a list of players like that being the CHOSEN ONES

I want to say something about whether or not I want to act tonight but I'm not really sure how good an idea that is to do

i mean, the entire game has power roles so it's not like you're claiming anything special if you do it

i have a role that is useful under certain conditions but not something i feel particularly compelled to use night one because of its potential to do all sorts of bad things

anyone who volunteers isn't really telling anyone anything other than they're going to be in the pool of people actioning

it's either this or everyone allin or we just take our chances and hope the gauge doesn't overheat with no plan
