How did two kills happen?

Let's assume scum is one of the kills as a faction kill.

How exactly does the second trigger? Shooting new earth or zMuffin is stupid as a town vig. Like why would someone shoot at new earth or zMuffin? This is a game where there is no SK based on the sample PM. So either scum have two kills or a town vig tried to shoot one of those two people. Like what the hell?

the TNE kill was obviously a vig, it's obvious who it is, and yes it was a shameful vig shot.

said vig needs to be on MathBlade tonight, and even if you have a penalty for actioning again, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
