I disagree and I think that Luna Fox could have done it for that reason as WIFOM, since there was a claimed redirector she could put blame onto Shiro, and she felt threatened by ABR. I strongly think that Radical Rat is scum-aligned anyway, so this probably doesn't even matter.

As long as we're at the point that RR or Shiro must be scum, we're pretty much in the same place and there's no good reason not to vote in there. I prefer Shiro but she's not getting the votes.

Thus taking out the redirector(s) is key.
