Its currently townsided in my pov. scums need 5 misslynch to win as 2 and 6 mislynch to win as 1 (the game gets harder for scum if they loose members which is not the same in the normal games)
and thats hard even if town can't lynch in all the player list

I'd disagree. I think the advantages scum get in controlling half the players able to be voted per day is more than offset but the additional number of mislynches scum needs to achieve to win the game.

Pretty much Geriatric game restricted at this point ... unless there are players I REALLY want to play with.

Mod can probably confirm this but if Accountant was the last Mafia I expect in the situation BPL would have just called the game when Accountant was not able to be voted.

Yeah, that is kinda what I was saying. A normal 9 player 2 scum game, scum needs 3 misslynch days, thanks to nightkills. By removing the nightkill ability, scum need 5/6 misslynch days. So at first glance, it looks very scum sided because you don't realize how lack of nightkill effects the game.

Seconded, and also consider that a power role in a game like this would never be lynched, meaning that scum could potentially have to get all the VTs lynched in order to win
This setup was very interesting, and I think a lot more thought was put into our selections than would be the case for the regular night kill. Because of the limited lynch pool, it also meant that scum could afford to bus quite hard without jeopardising their chances of winning. I hope this ends up being run again sometime, as I think there are some strategies that did not come to light that could be quite effective, for both town and scum.
By the way, Magna, I did follow the game to its conclusion after I was lynched, so thank you for your exposition of your choices in the scum thread! Similarly, I have no problem with it being released.
Bah. Magna is good scum. Town just got outplayed here.

You must not imagine that for beings like you and us there can be laughter. The low men laugh, and we envy them. But for us, the higher ones, there is no laughter, only an unending vigil, purely serious, stretching on into the night.

Wouldn't have changed anything? I was the solo decision maker in LyLo and made the wrong decision. I have responsibility for that.
