I think Flames is scum, but Davsto is scum too. His post restriction is fake (but claimed to be mod color), he would've paid enough attention to not Cop Mal, and his roleblock is fake. I'm not scumreading him more than Flames, but he's more of a threat as he's currently able to kill two people at once, which may well be the scum's main method of killing. Indeed, I think Mal and R&L are very plausible as NK targets.
