Wrong. The rules don't state that IIRC. I have re-read them several times to double-check. The room limitation only applies to their factional abilities IIRC.

So yeah I was also in the Laboratory because I'm one of the neighbors. There's no way we'll keep it hidden so it's really not necessary to try (especially with scum!Goatmeal in there).
So Goatmeal shows up and we ask why they were there.
DGB answers for herself and says that she wasn't around so they didn't send anything in and got randomized to the Laboratory.
When asked specifically about why Ranmaru didn't say anything, DGB said that he wasn't around either and they haven't been communicating.
Which I found really weird because

RANMARU WAS ACTIVE ELSEWHERE ON THE MAFIA FORUM DURING THE ROOM PHASE.

You can all check yourselves.

Ranmaru had been aware enough of the game to know that a plan was being made. At one point he even tried to pitch in on planning room choices and night actions. Even if he hadn't been keeping up with the thread all he had to do was check the second to last page of the thread to know his room assignment.

This along with everything I said yesterday are why Goatmeal needs to die today.

(But not before everyone reports what they've done and we make a plan for Night 2)
