Speaking of bad posts …

In post 74, Postie wrote:The ranking is purely about how likely or not they would be to give away Elsa's identity somehow, and it isn't supposed to say any more than that. The towniness of a player is an entirely different consideration, and I'll have a different ranking later on in the game that incorporates both factors.
Then the post was your subjective opinion that didn’t need posted. Just the process of Dunn bringing up his plan should put every non-VI in the game on alert about how to handle the situation. And I don’t see any Vis on the playerlist to my experience.
Because any discontinuity between how a Town player is thinking and what they observe in others should be considered for the possibility it is scum trying to fake being Town. Doesn’t mean it has to be (playstyle, etc) signs of scum but should not be ignored. This is pretty basic Mafia gameplay stuff Postie.

Buddying up to Parama pretty hard I see …

Pretty much Geriatric game restricted at this point ... unless there are players I REALLY want to play with.

I don't understand what you're saying here.

I guess. It just sounded like you considered me disagreeing with you scummy, which didn't make any sense.
Elsa chooses one person to reveal to a night. That person should claim each day and eventually decide on a person to lynch. It's important that you don't go back on this decision once you've selected someone.
The rest of town decides if we lynch that person, or the person who knows Elsa.
If the person who knows elsa is chosen to live, and Elsa lives, they will be clear
So for today:
VOTE: No lynch
I agree that the one Elsa reveals to should claim their own role each day phase. We can then decide whether they are to be lynched or trusted.
@Fakegod
Can the Assassin's communicate with one another in private?
I almost want to NL in agreement with Dunn, which I did not intend to when I started writing this. I'll read on though before deciding.
Elsa targets likely scum. The target (who knows who elsa is) claims that they were revealed to, and is then lynched.
If they are an assassin, we win. If they are town, the game continues with nobody else knowing who Elsa is.
"But if Elsa targets an Assassin, they just won't claim!" you say? Well then, given appropriate time and chances, Elsa will claim and we lynch the target who wouldn't claim.
Ideally any town will claim in their first post each day phase if they are the chosen one. This ensures Elsa won't out herself for no reason. If town do not do so it would be game throwing, should this be our final course of action.
I'll stop for now, but this variation kn Dunn's plan should be followed. It solves many of the problems brought up, and confirms we are neither lynching Elsa nor taking someone out of the NK pool for scum as "not elsa."
ON TOP OF THAT, I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE
1. IF WE COME CLOSE TO LYNCHING SOMEONE AND THEY CLAIM ELSA, WE DO NOT LYNCH THEM. THIS CHANGES OUR ODDS TO EITHER ONE-IN-EIGHT OR TWO-IN-EIGHT DEPENDING ON WHETHER THE PERSON CLAIMING IS THE REAL ELSA OR SCUM. THE REAL ELSA ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT CLAIM OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SCUM CLAIMS ELSA.
A: THEY ARE ELSA AND WE LYNCH ELSEWHERE, RAISING OUR ODDS OF SUCCESS. THIS IS A ONE-IN-THREE CHANCE GIVEN THIS SCENARIO.
B: THEY ARE SCUM AND WILL BE OUTTED IF THE REAL ELSA IS NOT KILLED THE FOLLOWING NIGHT, AS ELSA WILL BE ABLE TO OUT HER IDENTITY TO SOMEONE ELSE, AND THAT PERSON WILL KNOW THE CLAIMED ELSA IS FAKE AND THUS SCUM. TWO-IN-THREE CHANCE IN THIS SCENARIO.
2. IF WE COME CLOSE TO LYNCHING SOMEONE AND THEY CLAIM NOT-ELSA, WE CAN LYNCH THEM WITH NO CONSEQUENCE. ONE-IN-FOUR CHANCE THEY ARE SCUM.
ALL THE NUMBERS AND POTENTIAL OUTCOMES OF DAY 1 FAVOR LYNCHING TODAY.
