What you're describing isn't a read of game input. It's more like a read of post amount, which, definitely isn't accurate. Game input isn't very accurate either. I've read games where the scum purposely put in a lot of input so they don't get suspected. In post 243, SugarNips wrote:

I was asking if you thought it was pro-town to discredit your own townreads, not universally townread people.
I was trying to make a point about the amount of game input someone has not being good grounds for a read. I really should've used Selynee as an example, she's only made 6 posts but still doesn't seem scummy to anyone (myself included). But the votes on me (at least from Fredrick and Zito) seem to be solely based on my lack of input.-

I regret to inform you I have additional fairy magic that shows this statement to be patently false. In post 252, Friend Computer wrote:Zito hasn't been posting much, votes SugarNips for no good reason (inactivity =/= scum), and says that he's innocent even though he's posted just as much. Behold: http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.ph ... rt_order=d
Query: Why would you be saying this when it's clear even without fairy magic that it's false?
Additionally: Can you honestly compare my posting vs SugarNips posting and conclude that we're anywhere close to similar in terms of content?
Corollary: Who got SugarNips to produce what content he has produced?
Finally: Your assumption on my vote is untrue. :VKappaJust MonikaAge is a very high price to pay for maturity.-

Ugh. You're avoiding all my wonderful questions.
Double ugh, this bizarre insistence that providing no rationale is somehow a scum move.
Triple ugh, you continue to assume the reasoning behind my vote.
Just a whole pile of ugh in that post.KappaJust MonikaAge is a very high price to pay for maturity.-

And, seriously, will people stop FoSing? Vote the guy if you think he's scummy.-

Has your read changed at all from the content he produced? In post 254, Papa Zito wrote:Who got SugarNips to produce what content he has produced?
Also, SN, voting FC or at least asking him a few questions should be your next step here - whether or town or scum it's going to help your win condition. Sorry for not getting back to you that quickly.
ftr I just want to remind people that we're at the halfway mark through the day. Now is the time we should be getting a wagon going because if we push a wagon too late, something urgently dismantling it (usually a PR claim) is going to fuck us up really badly. I'll out my full readlist in a bit (there's something that needs to happen soon that significantly impacts it), but rXJr, Selynee, and Frederick are all choices for a lynch I'd never consider today. Preferably, if those three people and I can trust each other and pick one mutual scumread to lynch, I think we have a decent shot at hitting scum D1. I don't mind hearing cases from other players, however.
Also,Mod, Nobita looks like he needs a prod.i no longer strictly go by they/them and honestly prefer she/her but they/them's fine if you're used to it i guess

It hasn't, no. I find the refusal to take a stance on anyone in the game highly suspect. In post 259, gigabyteTroubadour wrote:Has your read changed at all from the content he produced?KappaJust MonikaAge is a very high price to pay for maturity.-

^ Am I being too generous in thinking this is a stance :/?In post 246, SugarNips wrote:I have a lot of uncertainty about Friend Computer, he seems to be pushing really hard for a hammer of Fred, without really giving reasons why he wants him lynched. Like it's weak and the lack of a vote or any indication that this read existed is concerning, but I feel like he's like Fred and just needs a nudge in the right direction and know what to do. Frederick is miles townier in the way he approaches his "everyone is null and I don't know what to do" mindset. I'm also feeling a level of genuineness in some of his posts.
The lack of additional votes on him concerning, though. rXJr and Frederick were run up pretty quickly and both were pretty low-hanging fruit, and I would think that a town!SN is even lower hanging, so what are scum doing?i no longer strictly go by they/them and honestly prefer she/her but they/them's fine if you're used to it i guess

I can't see newbscum who don't know how to fake reads (as him saying he has 8 null reads would imply) continuing to naked vote when people tell him it's scummy. He just has this "fuck da police" attitude about him that seems extremely natural, and I think his spontaneousness in the direction of his pushes and lack of consistency is pretty good too. Scum are worried about the way they look, especially when they're new.i no longer strictly go by they/them and honestly prefer she/her but they/them's fine if you're used to it i guess

I would categorize that as being too generous yeah. "A lot of uncertainty" is not a stance. He hasn't given a single stance on a single player in this game. He hasn't even voted once. Imagine he's alive in a D3 lylo and you look back on his D1 play for clues - what the hell can you possibly conclude? In post 262, gigabyteTroubadour wrote:

I've done my best to pressure that slot to producesomething.I started with a naked pressure vote, I pushed that vote to attract more votes (I agree the lack of people joining is interesting here), I pushed that slot directly with questions.
This isn't town. In theory this approach can work but guess what, if you're getting townreads which are "a lot easier to do" then by God there should be some townreads madeIn post 244, SugarNips wrote:
Now that's the tricky part, no one strikes me as particularly scummy, yet. I'm mostly trying to get townreads, it's a lot easier to do at this point. In post 242, Papa Zito wrote:

But guess what, we don't get any of this, even under direct questioning, instead we get that waffle monster you quoted above on Friend Computer which doesn't actually say anything.
