I work from null to lean to read to hard-read/confirmed. Usually in that order unless I have good enough reason to jump one of those levels. @grey.

For example: Hawk, Not_Mafia, Jae, and Lucca are slight scum leans. I don't have super strong reasons of suspicion against them, but I have enough reason/pings to keep my eyes on the slots. In some degree I feel fine in voting them like Not_mafia and Lucca. I'm curious to see more from Hawk and Jae, cause right now i'm just with the slots.

When I have multiple pings/reasons against or for a slot, and especially when I can actually verbalize the issues I have for or against the slot.

If I have what I feel is a strong feeling/explanation for or against a slot, that is another.

I like the think it is obvious when I have a town/scum lean or a town/scum read. it's really obvious when I have a town/scum hard read/lock read.
