We mostly played on irc. Yes, very different. It's also enough years ago that I'm not surprised that I was wrong about conclusions drawn from it. Point isn't the existence of specific meta, point is that we have history and posts like 15 really shouldn't be read deeply into.

I think that drk trying to vote hans earlier in the game and the fact that now imp wonders what happened to the hans hate, makes me want to not lynch hans today.

imp as town, would know that with a scum flip (even traitor) reads will ultimately change.

traitor's job is to make sure mafia knows he is the traitor so they don't kill him first and foremost

the boon and stone cold could kills could be explained in a way that doesn't necessarily mean hans is scum,, especially since drk was pushing hans at one point I am more likely to lean town on them

689...not a fan of Boon jumping off an L-1 wagon on iaws to be the only person on Hans. Comes across as trying to avoid being on the mislynch (assuming iaws is town). Though he immediately moves to CooLDoG wagon which does wind up being a mislynch.

1) I find this comment strange considering boon was not alive at the time.

2) I'm also curious as to why stone was killed instead of IAWS.

1 - it was written before he was killed and I don't edit in those situations (similar to my Stone Cold comments this morning).
2 - either he was a threat to someone or they thought he was a pr.

I don't know why reads are changing as a result of the drk flip drastically from yesterday. We already basically knew she was scum. The thing that's new information (other than her being traitor rather than full fledged) is the stone cold kill... and it's reasonable to think that *that* could point to me but more reasonable to think that onei realized that scum were screwed if sc was alive tunneling.

Traitors job is to not get nked yes but not by overtly signaling to the mafia bc then if they die they basically lose. Drk is a competent player; she isn't going to have left a very overt message just to communicate her traitorness. The way you avoid getting nked as traitor is to have bad reads and she basically voted Hans for being obtuse and then unvoted him 2 posts later. Hardly something that can't be distancing. Hardly something that would make scum want to kill her.

@Eddie...my scum game with Hans was Open 669 (karnos modded). Look in my topics if you want to peruse it. I looked at some of his town games during 669 to see how he tended to play. He only had a few iirc and he was typically getting lynched early, again...iirc. Not sure why. I rarely look at other games for meta details but did so here because I was perceiving him as a detriment to the scum team and I wanted to see if there were areas I could help him with. It never got to that point. I'm not going to try and defend a gut read based on my perception that Hans' posting feels differently here. You can believe my read or not. IMO...the Hans slot is town this game.

#1021 - @ Wheme...why...if scum had a roleblocker...would they use it on a worthless pr action such as giving fruit? Especially when the act of giving fruit would in no way indicate your alignment. even if the fruit delivery was successful. I would think scum would be more interested in RBing most anyone else other than a weak NAI pr of a player of limited experience.
