Right, this was not what I was going for, but it's a good example of you misunderstanding things.

Scum have a roleblocker. Therefore, he knew the setup in which nobody could CC him was impossible, or at least he should have done. He done goofed.


But see, what I don't like about the post I flagged there is that I would be highly expectant of scum to jump in on the day with some kind of "I don't understand what's going on look I'm town like you guys" post that would also serve as carefully disguised frustration venting. I was more suspicious of your slightly later post than that one, but I've done some resorting.

And btw, I've been re-sorting primarily because another game I was in ended and of course post-game brings a lot of thinking about it. The one lynch I was wrong about feels eerily similar to yours.

The lynch that I'm getting similar vibes from was McMenno's on day 4. For clarification, I had a weird thing based on who I ended a day voting, so I couldn't really be on any wagons unless I really wanted to be, but I was strongly in support of that lynch and it was for the same kind of reasons as I was just in favour of yours.

Like, I could have cased you, but doing so would be more finding reasons why I think you're scum (and falling victim to confirmation bias) rather than having a case already built in the back of my mind that I need to assemble.

That post is more about reassessing the line of thought and reasoning behind NMs claim in light of us having knowledge of the set up due to the doctor flip. It's easy to say they weren't playing logically and just hand wave it away but I think being able to hazard a guess on when NM decided to commit suicide in this game should affect the way you parse his interactions with others. I believe that it was in response to the building case on him from cece and cero, which tells me that was real pressure and votes which has me town read both of them.

Uuh, let's start off with how this clearly isn't the entire playlist scumreading you, and I thought a couple of people agreed with you?

Who is scum if Zito is not scum?

I haven't seen anyone agreeing with me.

Probably Kawl. He supports my wagon but doesn't hammer me. He also doesn't really give a reason why he supports it, other than "I rub him the wrong way"

To respond to this, I don't town read you so I'm not going to build some sort of defense against your case. But I also don't strongly scum read you, and have other people I wish to read over before the days over.

Basically with a scum lynch day 1, I'm okay with lynching any one I'm not town reading, as I think through PoE we can find the final scum. But I'd only hammer someone I'm actually scum reading rather than just a light lean.

Not to mention I think there's plenty to still discuss today so hammering isn't to towns benefit.

Well as there's literally one scum left, it really shouldn't matter who else is on the wagon. Clearly he's wrong about at least one of us.

On the other hand, people have spoken out in opposition to my lynch, so he's not likely going to find traction there. Instead of parking his vote on me he could instead attempt to push you, since you're still a possibility and if we're truly equally scumread as his posts seem to indicate then he still accomplishes the goal of getting a scumread lynched. Therefore I find his lack of vote movement puzzling.

And sure he is wrong about at least one of us, but it still means he believes that one of us is more than likely arguing in bad faith compared to cece who he believes is most likely arguing in good faith. Just because he is wrong about one of us doesn't mean neither if our opinions take a hit from his point of view before a flip.
