We start from the top of the playerlist, and then they just bomb someone. Anyone, it doesn't really matter who.
If someone flips scum, then there's only one left.
At that point, when someone refuses to bomb, we know they're the last scum, and we can lynch them.

If it gets too dangerous to continue and no one has flipped scum yet, then we have a moment of silence for the dearly departed, and play normally
