Night shift seemed pretty uneventful, likely because it was a weekend shift, so it's not overly surprising it was full of derp. Aronis and LD win the world awards for "Derpiest Voters", like those votes are fucking

. I like imausername for town, and maybe Zoraster as leaning town, other than that i'd have to do more than a skim on the night goers.

Contrary to the theme the night goers gave off, which is that the night shift isn't likely to read what the other shift did and vice versa, isn't that good considering both shifts need votes from the other to reach a majority on somekind of a lynch. Overlap needs to happen somewhere, so at least skim shit from other shifts.

How can you tell me "Yeah i agree with his reads/posts" when their reads constantly change radically, and "conveniently" according to the game state? Last time I played with Mastin, in Xenogears, he also scumread me when I was town, but his read was usually stagnant or adamant, he relented sometimes but he persisted in thinking I was scum. In this game, his read on me changes like the wind, and it's more radical than in XenoGears. Combine this with his unwarranted and horrible paranoia last Episode, horrible reaction to Serene's "lyncher claim" (yeah ill keep saying it), and then continuous bad interactions.

I don't think testing the lovers claim is necessarily the smartest or best path to take right now?

Hiplop, Dry-Fit, and even Reck all seem like much better candidates for the lynch. Although, there's no way they're all scum, so at least one of them, if not two of them, are town, the trick is who is the town.

I say this because we have two scum dead, and we are always assured that there's at least 1 scum in each shift. I would wager with this size of a game, the scumteam is likely 4 people large, maybe 5 at the very maximum, and with 2 dead that makes 1 scum in day shift and 1 scum in night shift. Actually, 22 scum seems about right for 5 scum.. so there's either 2 scum in day shift and 1 in night, or 2 in night and 1 in day, I think the former is more likely?

So in a way, clever PoE could be used here.

Serene was from Day shift, and Zoraster was from a Night shift I think (At the time, before the people were exchanged and Day shift became Night shift pretty much). I need to take a look at the changes in shifts between this episode and the one before where serene died to see how much this changed, but we have had 1 scum die in each shift so far. This doesn't really narrow much, but it's still safe to assume it's 2:1 or 1:2 scum ratio for the shifts.

So... who are the scum in each shift?

In this shift, I think it's Either Dry-Fit, Hiplop, and/or Reckoner
I don't have much of a read on the Day shift as it stands, but Infinite Jesters and Zepher I think look the shadiest of them all.

So if people have scumreads that are all in their shift, they should scrap that and accept that only two in said list MIGHT be scum.

If I have time tomorrow, i'll look for the interactions Serene and Zoraster had with everyone else, and the changes in shifts with every episode.

As per note, I think it's worth noting that everyone else in this shift that I didn't mention above as possible scum I view as town in at least some way or lean very, very slightly in this regard. As for the other shift, I think I can confidently say Sven and Zdenek strike me as town for the most part, Sven particularly. Reading over the Day shift will be my second priority after looking at interactions and shift changes.

Zorasters Night Shift compared to the current Day Shift. Red means deceased players, Green means people who are the same, Orange are people were moved/moved in. As you can see, 14.5 and The Goat were moved out of the shift, and Me and Ika were moved in, I believe I moved in post-Zor and Ika post-Serene. Why were Goat and 14.5 cycled out? Goat received a lot of flack for his hammer on Zoraster, and then was immediately moved out of the roster of people Zoraster was in inexchange for me? But this was done in a fashion that made the night shift day shift and the day shift the night shift, essentially making it look like Goat never actually moved. Goat might have been dragged out of my shift for his protection, as a theory. I think the 14.5 switch with Ika is more subtle and not as suspicious, but this needs a bit more reading to deduce if there is a reason for their switch.

Serene is next.

Yeah, it was randomized. I think it's possible they moved Goat out of the shift since Goat would have gotten bombarded by that shift for his hammer. This would still in theory be stacking the other shift since that would make it a 1:3 ratio, meaning at the beginning it was 3:2.

Of course it's a bit of a long stretch theory, but since this is a new mechanic, and since there has actually been little movement between shifts post-Zor, probably implies the mafia are a bit rusty in actually mixing things up, so they are probably left with mainly moving around scum members to fit the game state. Though that seems a bit obvious I guess, but in the case of Goat the change really had other reasons behind it other than randomness or to mix things up.

I mean, just by glossing over the shift changes, the only real shifts in terms of rosters were Me for Goat, and Ika for 14.5. I don't imagine finding reasons for these would be hard.

There wasn't a shift change after BnB died (that i know of, idk), only after the deaths of scum players. How likely could it be that the scum are solely switching people in to keep one of the shifts stacked and the other minimally populated? It would mean Zor was the only scum in his shift when he died, so the scum grabbed his entire roster and pasted it over Goat and pushed me out. Then when Serene died they simply took 14.5 out of this shift and put in Ika... if this longstretch theory makes sense then that makes Ika and The Goat scum, with a third unknown scumsuspect in the Night shift (no this one).

Yup, I was right. As you can see, when BnB died, the scum didn't bother at all to switch up ANYONE in ANY shift. Both the night and Day shifts were the exact same... yet.. when Zoraster and Serene died, both scum, the scum actually had to shift people around. But when BnB, a townie, died, they didn't bother.. why? Probably because they didn't HAVE to, or weren't threatened to do so.

NOW. What am I saying? I'm saying this proves that the scum are moving people for VERY CLEAR reasons, and not just to confuse us or to shake things up, if that was the case there would have been a change in the shifts after BnB's death. This means, scum are moving around scum players with town players for their protection post-lynch, or are trying to abide by the rule of having to keep at least 1 scum in each shift.

Well in my experience scum are very apathetic in QT's, even me, in House of Cards. The stalling, the excuses, the absences, the search for your approval of his posts, the "i look scummy when im town" card in the qt to appeal to you, the "lol i did too" buddying, calling the situation around zoraster a "nonsense", no reponse to you correctly calling out serene as scum and bnb as town, his claim to not knowing how to play in a neighborhood multiple times, I mean these are all dodgy and scummy things.

I think lynching form the Goat/14.5/Ika list is good but hiplop might be the third scum I think?

I feel like waiting to see if Recks ability works is tedious, like I said before, since if he's scum he can just move things with the scum ability to "prove it".

@Reck - Why go through the trouble of putting Hiplop on the opposite shift when your QT content claim pretty much confirms he's been useless to you in it? I feel like it won't make too much of a difference? Not to mention Hiplop will be eaten alive in the other shift?
