I just noticed a really cool scum tell, but it relies on there being no daytalk. As far as I can tell Skull usually doesn't enable it by default.

what i noticed was a massive tone shift in between his D1 posts and his posts at the start of D2. he went from being unusually passive, sitting back on the sidelines and acting as objective as possible about everything on D1 (which still comes off really strained to me btw and it's a large part of why i think it would make sense someone could be coaching him here, since i usually *don't* see it happen in practice) to immediately being hyper-aggressive and deconstructing posts.

for example, on d1, we got posts like 308/453 which i pointed out already and most people seemed to agree on 453 being horrible. posts like the first sentence of 1279 and 1449 are more minor examples of this, and there are others.

d2 happens and we immediately got 1626, which was obviously horrible. if this was the only post, i probably wouldn't care. but then, shortly afterward (starting at 1684) we got his strained-as-fuck "blacklist" of you. posts like 1600 and 1662 don't really fit with his d1 play, either - he went from having like no scum reads to suddenly having strong reads on a lot of players, in addition to being different tonally.

it's a completely drastic change. i could maybe see him just being a slow d1 player, but that doesn't explain how forced all of these posts are. i think that overnight someone told him something like "hey, i know you think these posts make you look rational and town-ish, but it doesn't, it just looks really forced and people are noticing you're not taking any hard stances. be more aggressive and actually push people on d2."

The only thing I remember ticking me a bit in regards to Nero was him quiping robs townblock early day one and asking about why he had titus and cakes in the same block when titus was scumreading cakes.

For starters. I didn't like that because that's just simply a weird question to ask because as town you're not really too worried about how your townreads are reading eachother anyway. I kinda felt like the kinda thing scum would ask to try and convey depth of thought. When in reality it's just a step above surface-level.
