But it seems a somewhat reasonable extrapolation here.

Oka was very towny in the Jake conversation and it resonated as strong town hard at the time. My read of him is very much a holdover from that. When I asked him to step off last phase (iirc) he did instead of berating the player he was talking to (actually, was that Jake he was talking to? fuck my memory is bad). I really liked that he didn't continue @ing the player as I would have probably expected scum to do.

Turkey? I liked him one time this game. It's really on the null side and I can probably be easily convinced on them as scum given the right framing. I liked your recent post on him a lot so I am going to revisit him first,probably, when I do end up doing that eventually.

Nahdia I have not seen scum intent from in their approaches or posting and I like them so I probably give them the benefit of the doubt more often than not. But I don't even remember Elements and I think Nahdia has done a decent job is this game when they can post.

I think dwindling was a bad choice of words. It has fluctuated more than most slots in this game and I'm not sure what to take out of that.
Like around the Jake stuff I started to really scumread you for your responses to the situation. Oka helped with that, and my read on them effected my read on you. Upon a townflip from Jake and prior to that, the realization that he was not lying but had framed a question very badly somehow, I revisited that a bit and it came back up some. I don't remember what got me in the last phase but I think it was something about the confidence in your posts that has me unsure about you again. But that's not actually scummyand you do make some good points so it brings me back to nullish again I guess.

Well, yes and noo. One of the town wincons is to have permanently immune players outnumber the infected. I guess technically the other states that lynching the infected is a wincon but it seems a suboptimal route, and the infected will only continue to rise until the original scumteam are caught, meaning it is a fruitless endeavour that we will never win!

So killing original groupscum is essentially our main wincon, with those infected being secondary to it, and by a decent margin if you ask me.

What gives you the impression that a bunch of people are going to die in this game yet?

I mean, lynches are a thing. And I assume Scum are going to kill off their infected at some point because I also have a theory that after a certain number of phases being infected but not dying one becomes cured due to the antibodies that fought off the virus now being present in their systems, and assuming scum know this it only makes sense that they will have to start killing them off at some point or risk a huge wave of suddenly conftown (or as close to IC as we can get in this game) slipping through the cracks.

But yeah, just theorizing tbh, don't mind me.

I'm not just going to ignore the fact that you refuse to even play just because there are a lot of people in this game. If you don't like playing with a lot of people, maybe stick to mini normals.

I wouldn't ask you to. But I am still playing, merely not to my best. I am scumhunting when I engage people and forming reads via interactions. I am not deep diving though, or even Isodiving, which is my preferred scumhunting method.

And hey, I vastly prefer Micro Themes and Mini Themes. Normals and Opens just don't grab me the same!

The way I read the setup it helps town not scum.

Because scum will keep making more infected. If we don't get to the root of the matter we cannot win. And, as I say, I think they will cure themselves in time. So scum will either have to NK them or let them become cured, bothof which work towards the town's wincon.

I'm not going to argue it really because all it is is "hey I know I'm playing suboptimally but oh well!" which could be argued as against ones wincon and therefore reportable but that's a stretch. All good! I actually wasn't entirely sure that was a serious vote, but I can follow up.

I never really expected to have deep play this game, and every time I turn around I find another reason not to. Replacements galore mess with reads, larges are hard in general, never mind a cult large. I keep getting players I jive with in here and then seeing them leave. I've called every lynch thus far a town lynch, correctly, but I don't have the confident scumreads to change this. I just don't have it in me when there are like 20 active players to contend with!

Now that the playerlist is smaller (though I'd prefer about 5 less before getting into things tbh) I am feeling better about reads and pushes, and with some of the claims that are out we have a chance. So I'm not deep diving people, but I am definitely engaging with what I see as relevant points in the game.

And hey, you are totally welcomed to call me out on the lack of depth, regardless of your own! I hope you can get more into it and be a force to be reckoned with! If not tho, oh well! It's nice to play with you again

I've said most of this before, though I don't expect you to have read it. I have some bad posts, like my sassy response to Nero when he asked why I would reconsider the clidd slot now that Nahdia isn't in the slot anymore. The real reason is that I like playing with Nahdia and I wanted to give them an chance to show me they were towny. The replacement doesn't come with any of that, so there is no preferential treatment in the hopes that the slot is town.

So yeah. Iunno what you'll get out of this but so be it lol

Like, I knew I was not scum, infected, or cured. I was ready to go into the nust day (D7?) Analyzing this "flashwagon" counterwagon to what was literally claimed scum/infected! I know it didn't look like it, but I was playing the long game partially in order to not get infected or killed and stay off the lynch radar. I had the feeling about infected people being cured over time and that is a huge part of why I was gunning for groupscum only! The wagon analysis off my lynch, had it happened, would have been whack! And had the game not ended with Gobbles' lynch, I'd have mined the shit out of that wagon for the scum on it!

@everyone bitter the town won despite our mislynches, at least we were killing people! Scum didn't execute any infected and I think that was a huge misplay on their parts!

Like "why would they bother infecting people just to kill them the next night?" is a bad question. Scum essectially could poison people and then implode them. The fact that they became infected and could then dpread the disease meant they were an asset bith in dayplay as pawns to take the attention off of groupscum and ensured they were a kill in the next night! Plus, as I said in my quoted post, that's how viruses work! If it doesn't kill you, your body fights it off and you become immune. That scum didn't pull the trigger on any unfected meant their bodies could fight off the infrction leading to this eventual town win!

Once the cured started piling up, they definitely should have started executing infected. Even if it were curing roles that were responsible, leaving them alive to be cured only gave town a chance to further their alternate wincon!

I think thisbgave was extremely well set up and that a lot of this could have been guessed! I mean, I guessed at it, pushed a NL when I saw scum weren't making kills, and searched for groupscum. And I was called out multiple times for not being engaged with the game!

Now this is not to shit on scum. They didn't know and I can see the hesitence. But the lining up of kills and infection points could have been maximized to crush us, especially with the bad lynches we pushed through repeatedly. It's not the setup's fault for following patterns on infection properly!
