Here he has been posting but it hasn't been to the degree of that game where he was an engine fueled by some unknown force. He also feels similar to Donner Party/Open 800 where he did post a fair bit but he kinda kept a low profile. Also thinking about it I could see how Alisae's play progressed as scum here. Putting together the entire timeline, e started off strong but lost focus and ended up not having control of the town, and it went downhill from there. But the thing is, e was working with us in Admin to shore up a read list, and I don't see why e puts in that effort just to throw it all away after fucking up eir PR. I would expect e'd either just not give a care about forming those reads, or stick to the game. It seems like the rep-out was driven by exasperation and frustration at bungling everything, which is such a weird and crazy thing for scum to do.
So overall, my townread there isn't as strong but it's still there.

I changed my mind. I felt like trying for a lim, regardless of whether we got it or not, was the play as things were wrapping up. I was trying to implement the guide LLD posted regarding driving wagons in large games, as could possibly be told by how much I focused on getting reads from the flips themselves.

dude, I'll take the hit for my gut ultimately being wrong (my apols, wagonomics etc.). But "counter wagon attempt"? Get real! I was the first and only vote on Blitzo I think and declined the opportunity to join larger wagons available at the time.

The only way it really stacks up for BM-scum is if you argue that I decided to half-heartedly defend my scum-partner due to "gut" and not take the opportunity to finish bussing/distancing which I'd already started, because it would be such a nonsensical play as scum. Which is fine - it's possible I could do that. But likely? Nah. And for what it's worth, although I love a gambit, it's too high level a scumplay for a large theme game to be really effective. Like, there's no way BM-scum isn't just finishing the bus on Bell there.

From my perspective, scum mostly/all probably on the wagon yesterday given there was no counter-wagon of any note, and the Bell elim was a slow burn, so there's no excuse not to have distanced.

Eyeballing this, the one recurring theme seems to be Blitzo. Whenever he gets pushed, a major counterwagon pops up.

I kinda don't want HC anymore because HC and Bell wouldn't have overloaded my early wagon. Blitzo is also the one to make the choice to vote me over Hershel, thus giving my wagon legitimacy and momentum. If blitzo is scum, it suggests scum preferred me dead over HC.

I'm town motion detector. I can tell if someone in my room has taken an action that affected another room.

Therefore, we should assign people to two rooms tonight. When you get to the room, you announce, doesn't matter who you are, if anyone assigned to a specific room does not announce, the rest of the people in that room say it and we eliminate.

If I live through the night and everyone announced, I will reveal if anyone from my room affected the other room. Depending on where the death is, then, we have a solve.

There's also no way we, as town, only have two PRs, so, other people will need to use their Roles to help out in this case.

Cakez looks like distancing but not bussing until Haschel's case pointed out Flea's "scumslips"--a point where scum would be likely to agree to it being a scumslip and bus.

great game, incredible performance by SirCakez! Either he has improved a lot, or just really stepped it up for this game. Is there a scummy for outstanding individual scum performance in a horrific scum defeat? If it wasn't for the alt wincon, he maybe has a shot here. And even at the end, hilarious that it's him pushing hardest to help town get over the line. Which incidentally, is why abandoning the alt wincon would have been completely stupid. On the strategy, claiming rooms was key to getting maximum utility out of my role, although we moved in big enough groups that it never really came into play. Happy to survive, unclaimed, despite being pushed endlessly.

I did not want to be "deep wolf" this game but it just played out that way
It was hard because most everyone on the team had at least a few SRs and I'd just had that bad experience in Xeno 2 where I took the rest of my team down with me

Yeah I know. I think what you're underestimating here is the concept of momentum in a game of mafia. The more players actively mentioning someone as suspicious and bringing them up (and back into the consciousness of the town) and listing them in scum pools the more other players who had them as null or null-scum will start to consider them. This builds a momentum to a elimination going forward because part of what people will think of when they think of that player is "oh, that's the guy who like 4 people mentioned as being scummy."

It's ok to mention people as potentially scummy or get into fights for distancing but when you do it over and over again you just increase the likelihood of that player actually being eliminated. This is correct sometimes but its a balancing act.

Yeah that was my bad as well - I thought I actually pushed back on this way harder for some reason but I guess I didn't. Idk I thought it was more obvious than it was I guess.
I definitely should have pushed back on that idk why I let myself get pushed into doing it.
