I can't answer this in videos. Please god try a little harder to pose yes or no questions, I can only play fucking charades with you so long.

As for this one, my point is Dunn doesn't look scummy for doing it, infact people read that as a clear on you. The Timing Attack part of it is that if neither of you are night killed because you are scum, it takes days before you two are considered for anything, and by that point... I really really worry we're already behind the curve with the Demonization condition.

You're upset, so I'll take the time to explain how I feel. I truly don't feel like killing you, but some part of that feels to me like it's because you've taken the time to communicate with me. I know you're talking about order of operations, but I'm not groking how that helps us :/

It's something I checked for my role, so I'll just say it.

Demonification occurs at the start of the next phase, checking for shards gained in the phase before. So if you gain shards night 2, you don't become a demon until Day 3.

Which means.... if the desharder works as I expect, it would activate the same timing as giving shards, and nullify. If you had 8 demons, a desharder fixed one and a sharder corrupted another, it wouldn't be 9, then 8. It would be 8.

Not with Medea and Dunn's interaction on Day 2, where they confirmed each other's roles as a result of the ordering. Dunn could only be scum with Medea there. And then, Dunn could only be scum with me. Which means Dunn can't be scum at all. And since Medea and I could only be scum with Dunn, we're also cleared as a result.

It's a situation of 3 people needing to be scum together and there only being 2 scum slots.

In early game, which is preferable if you're aiming for a sharding wincon:

You shard scum or you shard town?

If you shard town, and scum dies, you have human flipped scum, so you're behind on sharding win AND on majority win.

If you shard scum... if a human townie dies, eh. You can still win. If a sharded scum dies, you're decently happy. See how they played day 2.

They've been sharding scum first. I suspect that at this point only town are humans. It also helps the only humans remaining are you me and Dunn, so.
