Can we fucking not? I will have major beef if the Theta wagon goes through. I think it’s honestly disgusting this is happening while the slot is absent until after the deadline would elapse.

What information do you have about theta that you're not telling us?
None, I just hate that it’s being pushed towards elimination at this moment

I may not be lucid for too much longer, I am kinda being force-served alcohol
But I will state I am working on tracking votes by hand from the very start, currently almost 500 posts in

sure, VOTE: alisae
JFC I hate how often this slot changes votes
I basically have have to create a bunch of extra columns for it because my current aim is to create a bunch of votecount snapshots and I can’t do that without tracking all serious votes

It might be better known under another name but I sometimes see a scum player kinda attach themselves to a town player and they end up sorta synced in their votes/pushes. There is potential for variance in which slot starts a push, but most times you’ll see those slots acting alongside each other.

This is where the puppeteering tell was born, scum!Cakez puppeteered town!BM, I pushed BM initially but I think I managed to course correct on D2 before dying the next night

Plus I'm at a point where I don't wanna vote Alisae, I don't think I wanna vote Gimli, and I don't think I wanna vote HPE either. I need to give the counterarguments another look on the HPE thing but the fact that
it's being attacked for the move to PP
I find makes scum!PP more likely.
Where is this happening?
There were moments where The Stage (don't think I need to cite a post here), Tanuki (1657) & Anen (1708, tho this is more criticising HPE for staying on PP rather than moving to PP) all criticised HPE for the PP push.
(Gonna start working through responding to stuff, so I can't chat live right now <3)
oh hey kinda overlooked this, I think in retrospect HPE getting chewed out for voting PP was valid
Also; I think at this point there's a good shot all the names oopsie gave are town

Depends on if you plan to do any VCA type stuff. There's a full 40 minutes in between the tanuki vote and unvote.
Which tells me they were reading. I typically multitask when I read so its not straight work I do, but they must have seen something they liked.
For 'is it a scumtell/towntell ... yes, unvoting and revoting would count as a tell.
okay but a) that slot has flipped town already, and b) I don't think that vote matters much since my main objective is to keep track of the flow of votes.
Once the spreadsheet is done, I will hopefully move on to tracking movements where multiple votes appeared on a player in quick succession. Since 2HD voted HPE, switch to Tanuki, and then switched back before any other votes occurred, that doesn't really impact the stats for that objective.
Based on that, yeah I'll exclude it.

i've lost most of my wim at this point, we need a flip
Kinda with you here, and after some reassessments I do think Ali is more likely town here, and in celebration of Alianna being found(she actually had a town read on you), I will join you here.
VOTE: hpe

This is not a good enough case for a lim imo. Indifferent is actually a really good word, that's how I feel most of the voters are here

that is true actually. the only time i've seen scum squirm around claiming like this is when they were i want to say... mafia ninja and they knew that there was a town watcher?
I will also back this, in most cases I feel like I am less willing to claim as town than as scum
there's one game that could be seen as the exception to that rule but I think the circumstances might make it more of an outlier

can you pls explain this progression?

overall there were like 10 mod-provided VCs. It took
forty-five
columns to effectively log the voting history of every player with some semblence of a chronology. I get that not every vote can be captured on the VCs but this feels woefully inadequate.

Spoiler:
Spoiler:
I want to make sure my work can be continued if I die tonight, so here's the raw data so far. FYI the numbers at the top are the post numbers where I "took a snapshot" of the votes. Blue numbers denote a mod-provided VC, purple denotes a point where a replacement occurred, which is where I switched the name I was using. The VC on 2303 and pk replacing penguin in 2304 got rolled into one snippet. The last 2 columns are the exact same so I have both the last VC of the day and the post where the hammer dropped.

I see 3 core points to HPE being scum here:
The votes on it: I feel like it has received a substantial amount of votes, but that pressure seems to never make real progress. This comes from people stonewalling the read, as well as there seemingly always being a new wagon that comes in to save the day.
HPE's own voting behavior: This is constructed using only a chunk of what's happened, but I think its approach to sorting the penguin/pk slot was not good D1 and based on 4224, that doesn't seem to have changed.
the killed-off slots: I had to ISO Titus to verify this, but she did sus HPE, and 2HD had their vote on HPE throughout the EoD1 voting chaos (though idk how present they were) so both kills were beneficial for HPE
This isn't really air-tight but the HPE slot has been extremely slippery so I think the sooner we nail it down the better, and there isn't a whole lot of time to smooth off the rough edges

Yeah I stonewalled 2 scum wagons based on push timing, that was kinda cringe
But also like, can we not push empty slots for other reasons? If it’s for being a dead slot just say so
