I am of the mindset that this is too bold of a play for Aureal to be scum.

Dan has group scum possibility for me too, really the only reason I see is that people are naturally following around him, and i think in this type of game, you kind of have to have that, especially with the given info. That’s how the nature of this game you find associations.

He made a post early on about expecting me or Maestro to be the N1 convert(I even asked why me, to no asnwer), then after I claimed my role what blocked FL from targeting Dan on N2, Dan assumed that it must have been me that blocked Maestro from being converted as well(didn't even occur to me at the time that this was tmi).

That was the post I wanted to talk to Dan about, and part of his response was to talk about mention, apropos to nothing, a mention of a in game flavor name and how it relates to FL.....and worded it as if I should know what he was talking about(no mention of the in game flavor name before in the FG).......really felt like a PT slip, like he meant to post it not in FG.

And now his posting seems like total damage control(literally as I am typing this and looking on my phone at the FG)

I targeted Gamma, they weren’t Ascetic. I got a result. It was interesting to me I got a No Result on Dan and a result on Gamma, so I thought maybe coffee switched my targets or something.

I was trying to wait and see where the slot would push to see more, but the fact they went Drew makes me more confident in the idea that scum are revolving around Dan.

Dan pushed RR, and there was a large convergence around that.

Yes, I quick hammered, but Gamma Emerald put them to E-1, and has actively talked about how I quick hammer even my town reads early game.

I don't just get what actions someone took, I get the real name of the target too. So it could've been really useful if I had targeted someone who was actually doing anything. Because I can't target someone else, I'm just stalking the same person forever unless we eliminate my target. (This is why I argued the definition of 'elimination' with you, I had clarified with the mod that it just referred to voting; any other means of them leaving the game I'm just SOL with no target).

I don't know what partner makes sense with Titus scum currently. That's about all the good I can say. I sense their play has taken a nosedive which might be a characteristic of Titus scum.

We are assuming the conversion is a factional action.
The dance night prevents all actions shared by multiple players, and locked all other PTs, so to the best of our knowledge it should have.

The case is they lost their ability because they got targeted Night 1 and that because scum targeted randomly, they didn’t directly target an Ascetic claim.

And if Hu Tao is converted, it means Roden could be scum.

I don’t think Roden’s scum, and Hu Tao is playing too close to them in a different kind of way that Maestro played up to Dan.

for example, this is hu tao's entire iso for today. it just feels so flimsy, there's no spark at all. and the only things they have talked about are sitting on their Dan vote and some kind of dumb tell (?) where they are asking if they got culted or not

i think the only way to balance cult at least somewhat is to limit recruits to like 2 or 3
otherwise its just impossible for town to ever catch up
