I think you're fairly intelligent. Misguided, but you have more of a brain than some people I won't name for the sake of decency.

You were on the site and posting in between me asking you and the day ending, even if you didn't look at this game until later I would expect you to see the question while you still remembered and be prepared to answer it the next day. And when it is this far into the game, actively doing nothing ("Well I'm just going to vote this guy for no reason but I'm pretty sure I have one, sheep me nao" is going to do nothing besides place a meaningless vote) does not help the town at all.

If I was on the site it must have been some kind of residual thing to me having left; I refresh and open up all games with new posts, so I would have seen the game and posted. I didn't, ergo I wasn't around.

Why do you think there's a difference between what I'm asking Wisdom and what I'm asking Nacho?

Gives him information about who to kill, and who could be mislynch targets, given that Wisdom and Nacho are powerful personalities with the ability to sway town.

His follow-up question just serves as more empty questions that don't really have any motivation towards discerning alignments, and serve only as a thin facade of "look I'm scumhunting!"

Put these into combination and he's not only bussing, but also trying to push himself in with the influential players to be townread by them and save his own ass.

GG guys. Any tips on my play? Second time as a PR and I wasn't sure if counterclaiming was a good play or not.

Typically - and take this lightly, as I don't necessarily follow this advice often - yes. Always counterclaim.

However, if you have a role that can't be protected (doc in most normal setups, investigative role with no protective roles, etc) it may be a smarter move to hint at or subtly soft-claim the role and keep pushing for the fake-claimer's lynch. Experienced players will often pick up on this and do some of their own research into both slots; they may end up helping you without outting you to the scum team.

Not to mention, you may get some excellent reactions to your soft-claiming that could out the rest of the scum team.
