I contacted the list mod but got no response; however, Dier has given his feedback on the situation.

Current Ruling:

For now, these minimal actions will be taken:

Frozen Angel will be force-replaced for breaking E1

(and the associated site rule against overly abusive behavior) for 825.

I will report this to the list mod

as it is a

breach of site rules.

Furthermore, for Jake's posts 719 and the post I edited, which prolonged the fight,

Jake is receiving an official warning to not be absuive to other players.

Jakes posts cut fairly close to but don't quite breach the same line as FA breached.

This is I believe the fairest action to take, and part of the reason why I did not make an immediate decision was so I would make the right, best decision.

PS: Post links may be broken.

Frozen Angel have been force-replaced from Mini 1782 and may not replace back in.
