In terms of what I'm applying to our PT interaction, I think it's too early. Noraa feels town to me at this point. She is being consistent in her PT reads and what she is saying in thread.

Because I think starting a neighborhood on trust carries an expectation that Noraa is transparent with me. If she fails to deliver on that transparency, which she proposed, then I will be able to easily see scum motivation. Scum can't keep up the charade indefinitely, and the more she talks, the more I can assess her alignment.

Agreeing to a day of openness is hugely beneficial for me to read her (and I'm assuming that was her intent as well).

As I have seen it your issue seems to be with the fact it forces the scope to be on 4 slots, but in actuality it doesn’t. You folks just seem to not want to do it for whatever reason. Any proclaimed inability to read within {Lilith, Cakez, Starbuck, AGar, UT, Reck, notsci, Bulge} because of the insta-challenge imo comes from a lack of trying rather than that. I have admitted earlier that it probably becomes easier with flips, but the opposite of easy is not impossible, so you should still be able to do it without.
It’s a matter of will here. You claim Pooky caused a problem, but I don’t see where the problem is except in your head.
Also you two aren’t the only ones I have issues with, but you’ve certainly raised a lot of hell about how much this situation sucks so that makes you the people I feel like arguing with about it.

Scumlean GE. I really really hate his insistence that the 4 up for yeeting shut up because it creates a situation where 8 of us talk to each other about 4 people who are interacting in a limited way and then with PTs and daytalk allows for a lot of lurking and coordination. I still find his whole thing about Noraa pushing back on a townread from him very very awkward and just there's a thing about it that doesn't sit right with me - it's setting off gut pangs.

Null on VPB and Pooky for two different reasons.

VPB's early posting was kinda fluffy but the game was generally trash so it didn't feel like there was anything he was particularly dodging. Lately he's been mostly :goodposting:. as for the group of 4 iirc I was feeling a little sketchy about gamma the other day but all his recent posts were pretty townie. A few people called out Noraa's gamma vote but for me it's the timing of it. Looks like she saw the numbers dwindling and was scared of the wagon dissipating and moving elsewhere. pooky seems townie but I don't trust myself to read pooky at all, I'm extremely inconsistent in my accuracy. vpb seems pretty transparently town to me in a way I'm not sure how to briefly summarize

this post feels like a lot of preamble to retroactively justify joining the noraa wagon without looking bad. like honestly it feels like fishing for a reason so he isn't viewed poorly for the jump as opposed to just... voting noraa. bulge had been completely disengaged w/ the game thus far, literally nothing on noraa, and i think if he was town, he probably would've just joined the wagon here

bulge was also the first one to show concern over my "super secret scumread" and then like keeps going on trying to get UT to give hints ab what it is/what he thinks of it...idk why bulge was so obsessed over who i was secretly reading unless he was paranoid. then like after pinging him about it multiple times bulge is just like "oh i wasn't asking you to spill anything". like what? then why were you hammering on it?

just the way bulge is approaching questioning things it feels sorta like agar's "questioning to question not to catch scum or sort people" thing that he was doing. like

town!pooky, the 3-4 times I’ve seen, has always tried to be logical and reasonable and I see none of that here

pooky’s posting looks more like what I’d expect from town!him (when he was talking about how VP was pushing him, that felt like him screaming about datisi in micro 960). I feel like I’m pretty meh about the rest of the pool. It’s hard to pin gamma and noraa because I feel like the majority of my impression of their posting is yelling at each other and I don’t think their argument should be considered AI particularly. I don’t have a good grasp on how they’re approaching the game.

How well do Noraa and VP know each other? They both seem very trusting of the other when I think town would be more suspicious/paranoid of early mutual townreads. Noraa is suspicious of gamma townreading her (a trait I generally consider towny), but why isn’t she paranoid of VP?

also just an apology, work is a hot mess. I’m trying to majorly limit screen time (ie visit ms like once per day) because my eyes are screaming for mercy.
