Elbirn was a weak on night 1, so he either visits someone he crumbs to prove they are town or not, or he targets me to BG the conf town for the rest of the game. So, unless he was a targeted mafia shot, either he targeted Gamma and Gamma's scum, or he targeted me and Gamma's lying, even if he was a night shot. Gamma might be the best link here

There is no need to target you to BG you because the peacekeeping resolution that day publically gave you protection. This was announced, and it is not likely that Elbirn had missed. So, you can throw that conclusion out of the window.

His protection didn't start until N2 and was permanent throughout the game.

If his protection didn't start until N2, then that means that he cannot have died while protecting someone.

He could have died to a shot directed at him or, since N1 was weak, he would have died if he chose a scum target.

It's more likely that he chose a scum target. 3 Kills have to be accounted for. Unless there are 3 scum factions, or a vigilante to worked tonight (unlikely), there cannot account for 3 kills.

Tone of someone who has accepted that their opinions qill drown in the sea of witchhunters that exist in this game. They want to kill gamma let them kill gamma. Then let them scramble about to prove their innocence afterwards. Sometimes the fight is won through death.
