No, I would not have infected you N1 as scum. Gotta let you town it up first!
Plus I theorize that while scum have the option of killing infected players, they likely have a limited window to do so before that player's immune system fights it off granting them immunity. You would be a better asset to have alive on the scumteam later in the game than either infected or dead early in the game.

I see Hoctac is V/LA but they need to do something too. There are a few slots in that category.
