for round 2 Datisi I think you should not do this

Cards in policy deck when last shuffled: 6 Liberal and 11 Fascist

because if someone counts cards they'd be able to tell if someone was lying about a tile they passed

that is the element of an actual game, that doesn't reveal any hidden information

the deck starts off with 11 fascists and 6 liberals, and as the deck is reshuffled all i'm doing is subtracting the cards *played*, not the cards *drawn*
