1. Fundamentals

• All site-wide rules apply. Read and respect them.
  
• This is a game. Have fun, and keep the game fun for other people. This might be the most important rule.
  
• There is no personal communication regarding this game outside of this gamethread & associated PTs.
  
• Do not quote any private communication (either real or fabricated) with the moderator, backup moderator, or fellow players. Do not reference timestamps of private communication.
  
• Do not engage in the use of trust tells.
  
• Heated discussion and debate is allowed, but personal attacks are not. I reserve the right to protect my players, and all other community members. Please PM myself and the backup moderator if you feel something needs our immediate intervention.
  
• If you make a post indicating that the game is having a negative impact on your out of game relationships or well being, you will be warned or forcibly replaced, depending on severity. If you believe the game is having a negative impact on your life, send me a PM rather than posting about it in the game thread.
  
• Play to your Win Condition.

2. Phases & Activity

• Please post at least once every 48 hours. If you fail to do so, you will be prodded. If you fail to respond to said prod within 24 hours, you will be replaced.
  
• Contentless "prodges" do not count for the purpose of resetting the prod timer.
  
• At the time you would receive a third prod, or fail to respond to a prod by posting in thread within 24 hours (or by PM if at Night), you will be force replaced.
  
• Day 1 will have a 14 day deadline and all subsequent Day phases will have a 10 day deadline. Nights will last 48 hours. If necessary, extensions will be granted for the purpose of securing replacements.
  
• Votes must not be spoilered and should be in the format of VOTE: Player or
  Vote: Player
  , or they will not be counted. Abbreviating someone's name is acceptable, so long as I can discern who you were voting for without trouble. If I think it should count as a vote, it will.
  
• Unvoting is not required, but is much appreciated.
  
• The following is a list of outlawed shenanigans:
  • Using invisible text, codes, cryptography, etc.
    
  • Editing your posts (if you have the power to do so)
    
  • Quoting any PTs you may have access to
• If any of these offenses are committed, I have the right to force-replace you from the game, or, with listmod permission, modkill you.

3. Miscellaneous

• Do not impersonate the moderator.

• The Mod randomises how many Cops and Docs there are: 1/3rd chance of a 4/6, 5/5 or 6/4 split each.
  
• The Mod then randomises a number from 1-5 for each town player. This is the one night that the players' role works on.
  
• It's possible for there to be multiple players with the same power and night.
  
• Mafia are told pregame exactly how many Cops and Docs exist in the setup, but not who and what nights they are.
  
  
• Cops and Doctors flip only as "Town Cop" or "Town Doctor".

I would have probably scumread me off of d2 play either. Looking back, it reminded me a lot of how I played town in the SH days. I believe I mentioned before but in SH's heyday, I actually used to be way better at scum than town. As scum I would pull off these crazy plays, direct bullets, and get people to trust me enough to elect me chancellor. Then as town, I would say the most incriminating shit feasible.

thought you played a good game, your early reads were actually pretty on point. I was scared I might be throwing you into the deep end by inviting you after 1 game in the newbie queue but I felt you held your own here.

Ceph and nq being scum, with people calling nq's claim town at the time, meant that redtea was the only scum who was really meaningfully in the lim pool for a long time.

Definitely yes, when a game feels hard it's usually because someone is being miscleared so all the potential eliminations are on town.

I think this was a tough playlist to roll scum against and I'm also surprised the current scum winrate is what it is, feels like kind of a nightmare for scum mechanically with all the cop shots flying around.

Was my anticipation pregame it was going to be tough for scum, I think they did better than expected for quite a while but by the end there wasn't much of a path to victory available. Not sure what led to the current win rate, my impression is it's quite a tough setup for scum, based on this game and one I played offsite. I think there have been some creative/gutsy scumteams in the past, and also probably some suboptimal play, but I think it's aso heavily luck dependent. This game, there were certain factors lik town players claiming early and being townread for it that mae the game very tough for scum. It was also a bit lucky in that there were doctors for nights 1, 2, and 3 who were able to protect fua - at least I think it's lucky, I cn't work out the exact math for the probability of that.
