this conversation made me realise two things. first of all is that firebringer is the last remaining player with starting in a groupscum equity. the remaining players can only be traitor, Lone, or 3p types. second of all is that jailkeeper, babysitter and hider don't make sense if scum doesn't have extra KP, and all of them make sense as traitor/lone/3p roles. especially the hider.

Your claim doesn't work balance-wise. I've never seen a Town Shield+Hider in a game. The power level is out of wack. If you're town, you're unkillable, and when there's one scum left you become a straight up cop with the Shield ability. An unkillable Cop. It gets less believable each time I think about it.
