If that was your ONLY reason. If you think Ranger is just scummy in addition to the possible traitor signalling (and that's where I am), Drew being green isn't really that helpful for sorting Ranger.

What do you think is scummy about Ranger outside the traitor signalling thing?

I think I just made a bunch of posts taking issue with what Ranger was saying. I'm pretty convinced she's responsible for putting Drew in the nightmare, and I don't see why town does that the way it happened, with no discussion, no consensus, and most importantly she herself doesn't even have a strong townread on Drew. Plus I'm getting the same uptight gotta-hold-onto-this-read vibes from her that she had when I played with her before where she was scum, which isn't a lot as it could well just be playstyle but it's icing on top here.

What do you think is scummy about Kyoko? I could see you being suspicious of someone who seemed to be trying to push a mason, but it's clear that isn't the case now. It feels like you haven't re-evaluated since that info became clear.

Some quick thoughts;
Most extended fights are usually TvT. There’s evidence my back and forth with Kyoko Kirigiri might be one, both from her approach and from the stances others (particularly suspect individuals) have taken. However, earlier I did specify my trust in scum-Kyoko's competency. She’s known for prolonged battles usually with town. I need to weigh the odds of genuine TvT vs. Kyoko Kirigiri entering one to mimic her townplay, as well as providing a convenient smokescreen.

Everything DragonEater70 posts demonstrates good, thoughtful analysis. Though such contributions can come from scum, the level of effort required is unnecessary. I need to weigh my gut scumread versus the doubts born from his play.

{Aureal, Merlyn, Kyoko Kirigiri} all look scum to me, yet don’t particularly look partnered. Some of them have anti-partner associatives. I need to explore those.

Titus may be slightly better.
Similarly so for Flea.
The "StD walls as scum" meta's outdated, though I do think he's not TRULY null. I'd more accurately called him nulltown.

Oopsie, I’ll take stoic, because I feel I’ve been more considered and quiet because I’m not sure of my skill as a player. I get more comfortable in later days where there is more evidence and trails to follow. I would also note that I’ve come back from a long long gap and the 4 games I’ve completed were as town, I’ve yet to roll scum so there isn’t really a game for you to get a real tell on whether I would play any differently.

i actually kind of like their approach. i would love to know more about what they're thinking for sure but i think the approach of "narrowing down the POE by collecting tr" seems okay and not really like a good scum tactic. plus voting for karma doesn't really seem agenda-y.

The timing doesn't make sense. Rat started prodding Ranger about it right away but that was just because of the timing and Ranger's view on Drew. yeah, the timing is what i was going to look at and forgot to.
what i don't get is why those two things are necessarily connected. if anti-town!ranger needs drew in the nightmare or thinks she might want to use that ability on him, making puns about specifically him doesn't seem like a smart idea because it connects them. am i wrong to think that's something that was bound to get read into?

This is also kinda pinging me. I've seen scum Merlyn twice now and she got snippy about being seen as lurky in both games. I'm the only vote on her at this point so it seems a little early to be feeling unfairly pressured, though several others were indicating potential to vote her (and proceed to do so shortly after this, I saw).
