BNL's "Counsel vote yourself plz"-post triggered the offer of that second vote. Right after that, shos Votes the Mod, thus getting it. And I think shos did it intentionally, but I'm not sure.

Thats not true cuase the counsel vote chenged later to shos without anyone voting the mod.

The most logical assumption is that someone is playing with the vote (as its in their role pm) so eiather shos is lieing or the name counsel received is a lie
