I'm actually rather confused on what the Vendor's purpose really is. He can confirm whether or not one of the Room Roleblockers used their role, but that raises a couple of questions I have for the mod:

@mod: 1. Are we informed if certain night actions (not Watcher/Tracker of course but others) are performed against us? 2. Does someone receive food from the Vendor if they conducted a night action and therefore "left the room" temporarily?

@mod: To try and clarify on question 1, are we informed if we're Bus Driven or Jailkept?

Actually I'm doing a double-take now. It seems scary on paper but I feel it might be less advantageous in the long-term.

It's two free kills, but two free kills would require you to lose 2/5 of your team. I don't think that's worth it.

If I was scum and had the UB on my team, I think I'd prioritize getting a protective or disruptive role.

I specifically went 1 because I am rusty and wanted to block scum trying to be cheeky. So both don't care about getting an underpowered role from duplicates.

Figuring scum would almost certainly take an odds on punt on a single member going for 1.

To expand on this thought, if I was scum I wouldn't be worrying about WIFOMing people speculating alignment based on draft numbers. Getting the roles we want as a team would be a much, much more important priority.

I would like it if we could plan out what roles are off limits to weak town vs strong town players here, but I generally find that unfeasible thing to do.
Give the weakest roles to the Null/scum players.

If they go for strong roles, we lynch.

Don't think thats really reasonably possible, but would like to do it.

I'm not a fan of a plan like this. We can't possibly have reads on people enough to be able to sort this in the first place and what they choose their roles can have a big impact on our reads and how the game plays out.

I'm not interested in trying to create a stranglehold on the game with the threat of lynching people who don't conform to exactly who's demands by the way.

So no, let people choose their roles and stop with this silliness.

I have two that I would 100% be going for over anything else, even if I was 1st pick, and even though they are far from the strongest roles. Any strongarming any way is bad form and doesn't equate for differences in playstyle and night actions judgement.

When you inned I was going to tell you I was happy you were joining, but almost every game lately that I've been looking forward to and told someone I'm looking forward to playing with them, I end up drawing scum.
