2. Is problematic for town in XYLO due to grudges taking precedence over the current gamestate.

If Demyx 1.0 is who I thought, then there was nothing in the iso that I feel qualified to call town, though I wanted to call them town anyway. I pinned some hopes on Roxas having a better feel if 1) they recognized the player for sure and 2) if they felt Demyx 1.0's posts were AI.

Demyx 2.0 has some nerve owning their shit play, I guess. Not at all impressed if they are town.

Your opinion would possibly (unlikely, but possibly) be more indicting if you hadn't let your vote stagnate since the start of day 2, while the rest of town (and whatever scum decided to help) lynched scum yesterday. And today where your vote has also accomplished zip.

Think getting a claim from Demyx is more important than getting blood from the various turnips lying around. Don't really understand what you're expecting to get out of them, either - if they haven't contributed anything worth reading for the first two weeks of the game Day, what makes you think they will suddenly be useful in the last four days?

While the potential for an all-scum-bloc voting is there, it is incredibly unlikely and this is in fact some reasonably strong evidence suggesting Axel wouldn't be scum. (Well, at least not with Demyx. But probably not scum anyway.)

I don't know who Vexen is but someone who claims to know who Vexen is can answer this: be honest, is Vexen a player who could bus, if he deemed it advantageous to do so? Because I got the very distinct impression the answer is yes, he would. The type of "logical, calculated player who makes long-term plans involving strategic manipulation of circumstances". This very trait is what makes an all-scum-bloc possible, sure, but it is that very same trait which also enables it to be bussing.

In the votecount that came from, the alternative wagons were Xigbar (listed twice on the votecount so three votes total) and Demyx (two votes total). Scum had no reason to put all their eggs in one basket. Vexen was under no danger. Xigbar's town but even if he weren't then him being him three votes is nothing so no real danger there. Luxord is town but even if he weren't then he was under no danger.

Scum simply have no reason to pile onto Saix like that.

In contrast, if we assume two scum on Saix and one scum on Xigbar, this makes a lot more sense. The votes from Demyx and Vexen are perfectly placed for towncred. Which is why I'd heavily favor Saix as scum over Axel.

I think Vexen 2.0 would bus if he thought bussing were strategically advantageous, but I don't think it would be his first inclination unless a partner was seriously screwing up.

I like their content mostly, but until this game day (and not at the start of this game day) I had a sort of parallel-play feel to their posts. By this, I mean that it seemed like they were engaging with the game content in a unique way compared to other players I think are town, and it didn't feel like they were interacting directly with other players very often. Now that they are interacting directly it feels like they're pushing an agenda rather than exploring things, if that makes sense. Like they've decided what they want to happen and are pushing for it. I don't think this is a play style that has to be scum, but it gives me pause. It might be that if I had a sense of who is behind the alt, I'd see their play more easily as one alignment over another.

I still think Saix is some combo of naive and badly bitten in a prior game by Xigbar, and basically can't see past the prior experience. It's annoying, and it may throw the game depending on how things develop from today. I guess I'm satisfied with them being scumread strongly enough that they won't make it to mylo/lylo if they're town and choose not to make a vig shot.

I wish Zexion would get over whatever it is that makes them so quixotic. Most of their posts from the start of the game in my catch up through to when they got bent out of shape about Xigbar's read wobbles made a lot of sense to me and expressed my own thoughts about the game at the points where I read their posts.

And if not can you at least walk through what happened between you and Axel and why you were townleaning him for the interactions you were having in there?

Roxas basically summed it up perfectly in 2401. I don't remember townleaning Axel for hood interactions, the way he interacted with the hood was overall pretty scummy, from talking about everything that happened in there in game thread to outing my claim to misrepresenting me (even if that was possibly just Axel not reading properly, although in a scum!Axel world if he thinks I have a post restriction he's probably more willing to do that thinking he can get away with it), and just not using the hood at all and flipping his read on me and never displaying any kind of paranoia, stuff like that.

My read on Zexion is being taintedby my knowledge that by page 110 he will want to die, which by the way, why don't you just replace out if you hate this so much.

We've been sitting on our hands for five plus days waiting for people to continue to do nothing. The secret alt aspect of this game was interesting. Later replace-ins didn't see any earlier alt-slips, so it was really strange seeing how many players seemed to know who was who. I found myself thinking "alt-x's posts read like player-a so I'm going to just pretend that's who they are and see where it gets me. It actually got me pretty far, though I was waaay waaay wrong on some of those guesses.
