Honestly given what's happen to me every dance game I've been in you should know how I feel about this LOL

I mean one thing I realized, it may just be hard for everyone to find a comfortable town read to pair up with and having a low synergy pair can harm you in the late game.
I mean I would like townie people to pair up with townie people if possible but I don't _hate_ the idea of friends pairing up for other reasons.
My standard is don't pair up with someone to kill them since if your town ideally you should not be killing yourself.

I am going to case Maki now and then read up because Maki should NOT be this globally TR'd she's scum scum scum.

Let's start with her approach to the mechanic over all.
Here she seems extremely adamant about wanting me to pair up with Anti because she thinks I'm scum and that's benefical for the town, right?
Well, this wasn't ever a concern for Maki for the other dance games. In fact, Maki didn't try to force pairings at all.
Keep in mind when I'm going over these games, she's on the account MariaR.
Dance Game 1 (The dance game I was scum in) - Here is a game where she really wasn't trying to enforce any pairings at all. Her only real arguements here with Hebi was about questioning her biases and her LLD read. Nothing that is trying to pair up people with certain people.
Dance Game 2 (this game I wasn't involved in - You can see the same thing here again. HOWEVER here she DOES make a comment about people attempting to pair with Nat here. Note here she's not really trying to force scum to pair with anyone, just saying that its bad for scum to pair up with the IC.

Now, let's compare that to this game, where Maki is actively trying to control pairings whereas in other games, this wasn't a concern of hers.
I feel like Maki wants as much control over pairings as possible so she can have control over the game.
I think I explained this, but for the most part, I think Maki was planning on shooting not the IC pairing to try to attempt to WIFOM a lynch on the IC pairing and myself.
481 is a scumclaim for all intensive purposes because here Maki is attempting to push something that is extremely justified and easy to push. It allows her own reasoning to look good without attempting on looking right. So when I flip town, she can just use that justification as a scapegoat and continue to lynch town.

Now, let's talk about her play here.
150 and 202 is where my initial scumread started. Mostly because this feels extremely pocketty in just her phrasing.
210 and 221 is important, mostly for progression purposes.
372 Maki comes out with this scumread on me. Now, why does this not make sense? Well, mostly because they said in 202 that I can play this way as either alignment. Granted, they're not wrong, this IS something I am do a lot, HOWEVER
410 is COMPLETELY false and in fact, its not the same approach at all. Keep in mind, Claire is comparing DRv3 Upick that she modded to this game. This isn't what I call aggro control. Aggro control is when I have complete control. I am trying to give control to Anti. And I'm not even pushing it that hard.
Keep in mind, Claire is comparing my play currently, to a play where I railroad lynch after lynch after lynch.

This isn't a fight she can win, and she knows this based on how she's posting. So if anything, she wants to try to avoid the fight with me and let the read sit so she doesn't have to expose herself while pushing it.

I've had this thought in my head before ngl cause I've been in that spot where I felt correct and I was just wrong at end game or I was wondering why I'm not getting killed but I feel like. If I worry "why am I alive or why am I not getting pushed" I'll just run into paranoia city and question everything you know? If Dunn is scum he's done something that I've never seen or think scum Dunn would ever do and if that lands on me I take full blame for this but I don't think he is. We agree on 2 scum (well he thinks scum is the other player but same thing) but strongly disagree on the 3rd so I wanna know why varner/reck is scum because I feel like this game can be solved

Reason Chess and Eli could've died:
Scum doesn't think they could've lynched them
Chess/Eli's reads were correct
They thought they could lynch other pairs easier
they wanted other pairs to fight over the death
they wanted people to sheep there reads when they were wrong.

bottom line is there are many many reasons why chess and eli could've died and the same can be said for any other pair that died.

to make a quick tldr:
I was ranting in the pt because I was somewhat upsetish
Dunn comes in and makes this ate post on how he feels really bad and that the reason we're getting lynched is mostly his fault and he feels bad cause he knows this is my fav type of game and he thinks he's letting us down

I feel like if Dunn was scum and wanted me to tr him he wouldn't ate me because he knows how I get with ate he does I think he'd try to get me to tr him using other matters
it's kinda weak if you don't know how close me and dunn are friendwise but yeah I think he's town
