Voting/Lynching Mechanics

7) For your vote or unvote to be counted, it must either be in the form of

Vote: Aeronaut

or VOTE: Aeronaut. Nicknames/abbreviations are fine as long as I know who you're talking about.
8) A lynch will occur when 50%+1 of the votes are cast for the same player. (E.G. if there are 9 people left in-game, 5 votes ensures a lynch)
9) You may vote for "no lynch" if you wish. If 50% of the players in the game vote for no-lynch, the game will progress to night without a lynch.
10) If you are killed, you may NOT post in the game anymore! (No "Bah" posts!)
11) Twilight phase talking is allowed.

Activity and Deadlines

12) Each Day phase will last two weeks.
13) Night phases will last for 48 hours.
14) Deadlines will be extended for replacement situations and exceptional circumstances.
15) In order to be accepted, night actions must be PMd to the mod or posted in bold in scum QTs before the deadline is up. If a player does not select one, he or she will default to "no action."
16) Players will be prodded after forty-eight hours without posting. All prods will be announced in thread.
17) Players who do not respond to a prod within twenty-four hours or need to be prodded three times total will be force-replaced.
18) If you will be unable to post for over forty-eight hours, inform the mod by PM or in the thread of when you'll be V/LA. Assuming the V/LA period is of reasonable length, you will be exempt from prods during that time. All V/LA notifications will be made public by the mod.

Other

20) I reserve the right to add, remove, or modify rules at any point of the game if it becomes necessary.
21) Pretending to break the rules is just as bad as breaking them, and will be taken just as seriously.
22) In the event of a moderation error, any player receiving a corrected result should assume that that result is true.
23) If you feel like I've missed something, or you feel I need to take action about something, please let me know in-thread or by PM.

Looking back fire could have possibly been lying about blocking jeanne because we were explaining to him the setup spec but he said that he refused to look at setup spec and we needed to show by play scum!gl. Myself getting lynched leads to a guaranteed town loss, every other person has at least a chance of being scum. No shit I want to survive. There are 4 days left and I'm getting the sense that you're stalling it out. Do you still think SC is scum? Do you think NH is town?

Mostly everyone. It seems like a lot of our now-proven townies were focused on other now-proven townies, or acting scummy enough that EVERYONE left alive was equally scumreading them.

I do still think SC is scum.

I don't think NH+SC make sense as a team.

I saw very little in the first day that made me think NH wasn't town (the only thing was being the only vocal person against the Thor wagon), which helps settle some nagging feelings. They're the only one who consistently tried to figure out the game from the night actions, which is important, even though I think it's been distracting.

1) Scum need only one townie to vote to win.
2) If a town was tunneling another townie to the point of no return, scum have no reason to vote the townie to get the ball moving. It reinforces the mistaken townie AND likely triggers the townie to vote incorrectly.
3) SirCakez and GL have been posturing voting us. If either were town, the scum in Massive/Zefiend would have voted us ages ago.

I strongly prefer Cakey as I had minor doubts on GL until the recent exchanges where he failed to grab the basic concept here AND he failed to ask. When you were tunneling us, and GL then floated a vote there, it felt icky but I just didn't see the pattern.

But by the same logic:

Town always have a level of doubt, and rethink and take an objective view of things. They have no incentive to exaggerate.
