I've not been playing long, but I consider scumhunting to be a discussion between "town-players", trying to filter out the "scum-players". When half of the "town-players" have nothing to say, better to get rid of them early, instead of carrying their dead weight.

Missing some posts: from what I can remember I'll summarize.

I said Shadi's large reads post felt forced and that it felt like he had to make up for not posting any reads earlier.

Shadi admitted that he did want to make up for not sharing earlier but that he wasn't going to do such large posts again because they are too time-consuming.

What does bother me is that Nero is getting town credit for posting nothing but BS. That's also my problem with dramonic or what's his name. He pops in, post something unrelated to anything and leaves for a couple of days.

I've not played a "large" game before, but if we need 13 to actually lynch someone on D1, I'd rather pressure the ones with little or no content than someone with an actual opinion about stuff.
I'd rather be lynched now, than to be stuck with those people in a few days.

I've not been playing long, but I consider scumhunting to be a discussion between "town-players", trying to filter out the "scum-players". When half of the "town-players" have nothing to say, better to get rid of them early, instead of carrying their dead weight.

I'll review this and report back my findings.

One thing I'll say before even looking at the game - I'm finding Shadi's fluff ratio in this game to be way higher than in the previous game we played.

Shadi only lasted a couple of hours after replacing in. It was a very bad spot to replace into, as TSO, Nani and me were only doubting if Nacho or Shadi's slot was scum and we had 2 lynches left. So unless he was able to pull off an enormous case on one of us, while backing up that bulletproof claim, he had basically no chance. Not sure how that's comparable to this game.

Well, maybe you can get something out of it. Nacho, TSO and myself were also in that game, and all 3 of us were town.

I soooo disagree with this. Fullblown reads springing into threads like Athene from Zeus' forehead sound alarms for me. Players generally leave traces of their thought process in their interactions with their reads. Votes don't always have a trajectory of supporting posts, but they usually do. Sometimes people do cart before horse for tactical reasons, but the trajectory gets revealed when they explain their votes.

This game has been mentioned elsewhere, and alignments and or roles of players still alive here have been revealed there, and by extension, to me. As such, I can no longer continue to play fairly with this knowledge.
