reinoe never told us that his first set of brackets were scumreads until now. Therefore, it's not reasonable to think that other people would be able to assume one set was scumreads and the other wasn't. As I told SK in an earlier post, I concede that was a bad post. I contend that it isn't forming a pattern of any sort. The main reason I made it was because I was kind of sick of reading reinoe's posts with his numerous pictures where he was trying to be "too cool for school", as well as SK's incessant need to respond to them all.

When I read Beck post "If this game is 18 pages of reinoe and SK fighting I'm going to lose motivation", it resonated a little bit. I've had trouble digging into this game, and that's a big part of why. The spat between the two of them has gone a long, long, time. I've seen pretty big town on town spats. But I've never seen such a protracted one of this, that goes on and on.

At first I thought neither was scum, but the amount of filth they have filled the thread with has left me doubtful. There'd be more mutual interest in letting things drop for a moment for the good of the town.

I've had a gut town read on reinoe for a long time due to his carefree nature, but a null read on sleepy. Belligerence is cloudy to me. My gut doesn't tell me much about him, but my head realizes that there is a defensive component to his nagging, repetitive, cyclical desire to be right and to be identified as the "victor" of the engagement with reinoe, which has survivalist qualities to it. Reinoe doesn't seem to care as much, at least to me.

I don't know that there's much to talk about except for the fact that we have a guaranteed roleblocker, jailkeeper, bus driver, redirector, or some other such role. I visited reinoe last night.

Bus Driver and Redirector are explicitly non-Normal. A Jailkeeper and Bodyguard in the same game is hard to believe.

There is something that doesn't line up with regard to what happen N1, which is why I'm just a tad hesitant to vote RC. I actually think of the two of you, that in the off chance, you're not scummates, that your the scum. I was curious to see if anyone else noticed this, though I haven't seen it brought up, even by RC himself.

That's the only post pops quoted. A post that happened 200 posts and a Day phase later than 949. He's reading an awful lot into it too.
The best part is that his case only holds water if RC is town. But he's not sure RC is town. He's not sure. He thinks there's a chance RC could flip either way. He's saying I'm scum if RC is town. But he's also saying RC might be scum. And this is where the fun begins.
When I make a conditional read based off an assumption that one of my suspects is town, it is a scumslip. But pops's whole case is a conditional read based off the assumption that one of his suspects is town! Furthermore, if RC

scum, then I would no longer appear as scum to pops. Which would mean I'd be town to pops. Which would mean that, as town, I had made post 949. So there is a very real possibility that I made 949 as town. Yet he says it's a scumslip! He is doing the very thing that he called a "scumslip" of mine.

and to IAI (I think?), we did not have "lots and lots of hours". There were 5 hours left when I hammered. Drew got on nearly 2 hours later. Nearly everyone that got on between Drew's post and PF ending the day was already voting CD. Could Drew, myself, and CD all have voted CD? Possibly. Is it likely? No. What's the point of this anyway? Phone post to say farside is right and my last post was poorly worded. I was a little buzzed and something about this game is bringing out angry RC. I still think I've been very clear about the Drew/CD thing, but I'm going to take a step back and let others talk for a while.

When you're back, please re-clarify because farside and I are both very dense.

To be honest I almost didn't want to replace it when I saw I was replacing CoolDog since I figured if anyone replaces out because of being scum, it would be him.

Does he have a history of doing this?

I don't think the CD replace out is alignment indicative. To me it seemed like "I'm going to be too busy for this game".

Lesser of two evils was a reference to the lynches, no the individuals. Both lynches were "evil" in that they were craptacular, weak lynches, but had somehow become popular and were the only two viable lynches of the day. I pointed out the long list of better lynches.

Again, he's trying to make people forget that he explicitly called Drew scummy.

It's nearing deadline, so I need to vote for a viable lynch, and I have a pretty strong town feel on reinoe. So Drew is my favorite of the other leading wagons. The original case for him itself never clicked for me, but he seems to go about defending himself in a scummy way, occasionally with some condescension that could "yes but that's not why silly" scum defense.

I would vote cooldog if I had to, he's null for me. I would prefer the Drew lynch. The plus is that in one or two people's eyes a Drew scumflip would vindicate reinoe and get them onboard with my thinking on that.

Did anyone have any questions for me I missed? I'm ready to see something flip at this phase of the game, really.
