theoretically the best course of action is to make selection phase similar to an early day 1 and determine the towniest "good/threatening" player and give them encryptor so scum has to make the decision to kill a town pr or kill a threatening player but 1) i will only trust myself for a long while this game 2) it is absolutely critical that scum don't get encryptor in this setup and 3) i don't have to worry about my pr fucking things up/being tempted not to follow plans

aronis is typically mislynched for being too honest, in a way. if you were to look up in the wiki the things he says and does, the wiki would say it fits a list of scumtells well- too well.

i see aronis as a player whose undisguised, natural behavior is unpleasant for those who hunt "by the book" to see. and i'm not perfect, but it's what i look for and usually see in him

but that's not the case here. here, i see him being facetious. with his current unimportant line of questioning for me, instead of getting to the point. with what he said to jingle about farside, while sounding both unreasonably angry and not, etc.

of course i could be absolutely wrong and this is a part of his play that's non-alignment indicative but

yeah normally i wouldn't contest this but in this case it's pretty damn wrong and insulting. dv and i individually developed scumreads on aronis for very similar reasons, and we both made distinct posts explaining why he's scum. the fact that dv's posts are more aesthetically pleasing and longer (not that it's bad of course) doesn't mean you get to dismiss what i've done as completely pointless.

and also, directly address my role choice instead of just waving a hand over the list in general with that "oh some picks are so scummy scummy" air. because that's pretty much what it sounds like.

When I played mafia vs wolf with town. I caught the scum by noting he was wolf hunting over scum hunting.
This case marquis isn't analysising wagons, interaction or trying to break the game.

Actually, I think Flubber is Mafia and DV is SK.

The VDA-DV interactions Day 1 are the real selling point for that imo. Plus bulletproof SK giving out a second BP does make sense as a towncred ploy.
