Well it would be easy to catch them if you were scum. Careful that puts me at L-2, it would not be wise to speed lynch. Typically speaking I end up with a mafia lover more often then not, assuming we are playing the same way my little group does on skype. Where the mafia is paired with a random townie. However, I would not like to rush lynch because too lucky kills a townie and a mafia could end the game for us.

In the version of the game she knows, the mafia lovers are given a random town target who are unaware they're a target. All she was saying was that she's often that random town. She said nothing to the effect of "my role PM says I am/have a lover".

The connection isn't between SS and Suz, it's between SS and FS. The quick defense coupled with the quick deflection onto Suz after one of her early posts, then a slight misrep on somebody who didn't read the setup or their Role PM correctly and you've got an easy D1 ML. Suz looks like a newb after her posts, but not Scum. Scum don't react with 40 and 41, not in my experience.

The wiki says Scum have Daytalk here. They know the first Scum lynch is their loss. They would be coaching the fuck out of one another THIS WHOLE TIME and you think there's ANY chance that Suzune somehow misread her Role PM, and her PT OP, and that her partner didn't clarify that they were the only Lovers? This is what checking meta is for, specifically relatively-recent meta:

Now, I know that I am in the minority but I am not a huge fan of using meta to figure out whether someone is playing their usual way. It is silly because anyone can both work their meta into both their town and scum games. It is not really very difficult. Also if people tell you what worked and what did not you can easily make an adjustment. So even if they are able to show this from their meta, it means nothing really. It is just a space filler to look busy.

Posting words =/= being an active participant, IMO. You not understanding this concerns me. "You don't say a whole lot about much of anything when you do post" - that's what I'm getting at.

Neither do a lot of people in this game, but you seem to enjoy pointing out my faults and beat me down to everyone. Do not think I have not noticed.

I'm rereading the early pages... i think that read i made about itlepip trying to force on a slip actually applies equally to Something_Smart. it's really unfortunate he had to replace out just as the push was on it's final breathes since that would have been the ideal time to read him.

though i did feel some potential partnership between itlepip and chilledtea, I don't get any of those vibes from Something_Smart and itlepip. they're doing the exact same thing, early on, doesn't seem like a team. and the way Something_Smart insisted he "trapped Suzune" was also poor.

My initial reads are usually right so like, yeah they matter lol. I'm not bitter about the game, you guys played decent, I'm just disappointed in myself for not pushing itlepip sooner and that RC was able to scumread me.

@Suzune I can't imagine he would try to do something like that in lylo. I think he did legit scumread me and was just wrong. Which is unfortunate but oh well. He had too much confidence in himself and should have voted in the confirmed lynch pool.

I advanced the gamestate. No one was willing to waver on their votes. I was 90% sure I could push through the lynch I wanted the next day, so it didn't matter to me if we lynched tea. Then you came in and voted as soon as you had a read in lylo -_-'

I'm annoyed that you wouldn't see that itlepip was basically conf from his push on Suzune though and just lynched in the optimal lynch pool WHICH HAPPENED TO HAVE BOTH SCUM -_-'

Your misunderstanding early game was fine Suzune. It confirmed you as town to me and itlepip was basically 90% scum from it. Maestro played it well by defending you there when he could have just pushed the ML through though you called that as it was, so props for that.

I didn't want to lynch chilledtea either but again, no one was changing their vote and I was positive I could get through the lynch I wanted today

I can see how I would be scumread from some of my individual actions but as a whole, everyone who was present for the game was townreading me.

It's OK, you did more than the other two in the slot. It ended up just being that I wanted to lead the town and then a fresh face didn't like it. Anyone else who took the slot could have done the same.
