So if I've never failed to benefit my team by doing it, under what grounds is it a problem? Am I ruining the purity of the game?

Partially POE (I had a lot of townreads early in my readthrough) but a lot to do with
#321, which pretty much reads exactly like a post I would have made as scum not so long ago.
Funny because this post looks exactly like something I saw scum make in an unspecified game on an an unspecified forum that I am not just saying to justify my unsubstantiated reads or anything.

This is counterproductive if you are town. If you are town, then regardless of ICE's alignment you want him to say as much shit as possible so that, if he's scum, we can read things into it for the purposes of buddycatching. If you're scum, then trying to get ICE to shut up is great, so I guess keep doing things like this if you're scum.
This might blow your mind.
When you put people under pressure, it stresses them out slightly and makes it harder for them to act.
WOW HOLY FUCK WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT.

I'm pretty sure you know that if you don't want to play in this game, replacing out is better than self-voting, so I'm pretty sure this is a calculated move rather than a genuine response.
So, what are you going to do about it?
It's pretty obvious that Channel knows I'm town but is being a pissed off little prick because he didn't get enough sugar in his wheaties. Just to clarify the cop fakeclaims that he's referring to:
1) I was a macho bodyguard in a Zelda themed game. JKLM was the main wagon the day before and Bulba pushed it off him (I thought he was scum defending his partner, turned out he was just really bad in that game.) After such gems as
vote Radiant
For the same reasons that I found her scummy earlier
This pony riding is UNNACEPTABLE
I'll think about the ISO lynch some more but I'm hesitant to join since it built up so dang quickly
Also technically speaking, do scum driven wagons really a bad thing at this stage? From my experience multiball games in the early stages, scum are voting who they think are scum. Seeing as they have further information than any of us townies, wouldn't it better to keep our mouths shut about who's on whose scum team until one scum team is eliminated? If we spew every theory that come out in our brain it creates a lot of WIFOM for scum to hide behind
I was positive the guy was scum so I fakeclaimed cop,
got him to out a member of the opposite scumteam
, and got two scum lynched in two days. Scum fearkilled me after that, despite knowing I wasn't cop.
Meanwhile, Bulba voted against every single scum lynch, voted for a whole bunch of town lynches, and got mislynched for doing so. And I was apparently the liability, even though I had 4 of the scum picked out the day I died.
2) NY167. TV here made a case that all the scum were being super cocky because they thought they had a stacked comp, and I perfectly saw that coming through on several of the hydras. Plus, I had just played scum with Bro and modded his town game and I clearly knew the difference, and that was scum Broseidon. The rage was obviously fake too, so I claimed a cop guilty on him because there was literally no other way to get town to lynch someone who the follower (another scum too, and oh my god I was right about that one too~) claimed as a protective. Meanwhile, the majority of the town was trying to lynch me for having the audacity to go against the grain on something that was incredibly obvious.
You're calling me a liability and yet if you go back, with N's theme game as the only exception, my reads are pretty damn good. And even in that game, I called Dante from the moment I replaced in. Then again, I'm also literally a genius, so maybe you just lack the faculties to understand my superior thinking, mmk?
