If they are scum then this was scum theatre. If they are town they were arguing b/c one of them said something the other disliked. There's the possibility that one is scum and one is town b/c I think alot of times scum v. town arguments get ignored and labeled as pointless but there is absolutely no middle ground here. Its either ST or they got into it b/c someone said something the other didn't like or something. I think the"arguing for the sake of arguing" is ridiculous. In post 194, stan1ey wrote:It was a pointless discussion and it read like you were arguing for the sake of arguingOf all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. You say an argument looks fabricated. What’s your next thought as a mafia player? Who stands to benefit from fabricating arguments?
It seems like you observe some fact about the game and then just turn off the part of your brain which follows up and makes conclusions from that fact. Also explains why you would not be able to see why weak early wagons are fine to just let be-

here's my conclusion. Anime avatars are horrible.Of all tyrannies,a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. Nothing wrong with that post. Why wouldn't !townMM try to halt discussion that they think is filler and bloating the thread? In post 64, superbowl9 wrote:
This is the correct takeIn post 51, Marshmallow Marshall wrote:This all depends on the circumstances... if a high activity slot is scummy, you should create a massive discussion around it and potentially lynch it. This isn't. -- Spending your time trying to halt bad discussion isn't the same thing as attempting to generate good discussion.
-- If filler is removed from a thread, the pace becomes sluggish and the activity level dips. It makes it easier to coast.
