Let's break it down:

1. You didn't want to join the Pete wagon because of other people on it. But from the above, you're not actually sure who was on it.
2. You're labouring the point that the "premise that started the wagon is wrong" - however, the premise you're referring to was by no means pivotal in starting the wagon, or a critical component of it. In simple terms, it seems to me that you've seen a bunch of legitimate reasons for voting Pickaxe Pete, and you've chosen to pick one, make a subjective judgement falsely presented as fact to undermine it as an argument (as noted, I think your judgement here is clearly wrong, and am slightly baffled you're arguing so strongly otherwise, but it's of little consequence anyway). You've then conspicuously failed to engage with any of the other arguments, and have instead falsely implied that there aren't any.
3. This is the second post in a row in which you've vaguely referenced your observations about wagon momentum. It's a fairly trivial point compared to the above, but I'm not sure what you're gaining by making those comments? They are too vague to be of any value to you later if you were going back to your own ISO. They are also not even close to being helpful to anybody else by explaining your train of thought. It just seems like a way to present yourself as being very clever and scumhunting, when actually it doesn't appear you are?

We had a static wagon of five on Taylor when I performed my reaction test on Shelley. Most of the people on the wagon are consensus town. So the question becomes where are the scum or why has this wagon stalled?

The only person to initally jump off the Taylor wagon to me was Fidget, who I suspected before. None of the people voting for me discussed shelley in any meaningful way. They jumped from VLA to no scumslip without any meaningful search at her behavior. The wagon started from Vecna being the likely town shepherd into a bad wagon. Scum rarely start bad wagons day 1, especially when buddies are being FoSed.

So right now, I am left with two possibilities. One, Taylor is scum and her wagon stalled due to lack of bussing or two, scum are jumping on anything with a pulse to look like they are providing content.

Then, we get to Pickaxe Pete. It's another wagon that gained steam based on town with faulty reasoning.

This point, I strongly suspect at least one of Taylor and Fidget is scum, but not both. ShellyC and Taylor being partners would explain why those two wagons have slow burns stalled out while others are more rapidly exploding.

Public Information

This game starts with 12 Vanilla Townies and 3 Mafia Goons.
The three first executions are replaced by trials. People going to trials are removed just like with an execution, but still have something to do that affects gameplay. There are six possible trials, based on day number and alignment.
These trials will be

difficult

, especially town trials, and townies failing them will lose the game(for themselves). Passing town trials helps town. It might hurt town if these trials fail. It will hurt scum if scum fails their trials. The following results are possible:Horrible, Failure, Pass, Perfect Score. Only townies can have a perfect score, and those who get one win the game for themselves. Townies will lose the game for themselves if they get Failure, and everyone will lose the game for themselves if they get Horrible(including Mafia).
The results of trials can be changed by other trials.
This game will be very swingy, and bad executions can be VERY bad for either team, especially a Day 1 scum execution.
There is the potential for a very very bad event named Maximum Failure. This happens if three townies get sent to the trials, and two of them fail; or if two scum are sent to the trials and one of them fails. The phase following the current or next Night phase is the Punishment Phase: All other event conditions and trials are discontinued, and the team suffering the Maximum failure will now have to wait for the Mafia decision between two or three punishments. None of them will be good for the failing team. The town will be informed when all trials have been completed. Trials interrupted by a Maximum Failure count as Pass for win conditions. Due to the nature of the game, any kills, including Execution, are compulsive until the trials have ended.

Town losing steam, growing weary, and getting burnt out is a real thing. Scum don't do it as easily because it's part of their wincon to deceive and push through being SR'd. As scum you know you're being SR'd because you're actually scum. As town it can be really frustrating to play hard and be met with massive pushback and/or rejection. When you say, "Titus literally gives up and stops continuing," in a way that throws a little shade, I see that as a town tell that I relate to and understand. I don't get that way as scum. I push through and keep up appearances.

i dont see why the gladiate wasnt just "hey shelly pick 3 people you think are scum". that was her trial. they became the gladiate. we dont know how many scum are in there because we dont know if shelly passed her trial. the speculation is pointless because its just wifom soup, and we will never really have answers. could there be scum in the gladiate? yeah, sure. do we have any particular reason to think there is? no, not really. it seems like plenty of people think nos is independently scummy though, so thats a reason to find out. if there is scum in the gladiate, id be shocked if it were dgb. i doubt its plusjoyed at this point either.
