It's not word twisting. It's pointing out that if someone is "sure" of something but turns out to be wrong, it becomes more likely they were pretending to be sure.

A "sure" tone is also completely incongruent with the content + read progression that he has. The content of the posts is that he wants me dead through process of elimination, but the tone is that he caught something that must mean I'm scum. A content + tone incongruency is extremely scummy there

I would rather kill Dwlee than clear him tomorrow because Dwlee's play seems textbook scummy based on this phase alone. It seems like he is playing as I think scum would play right now if scum is trying to win the game.
