Well at the start of the game I was gonna propose a town bloc together since we all just finished that game together so we're all extra sensitive on one anothers tells probably but mulch stole my idea and didnt include me. now im scum reading mulch for reasons other than that so i figured ill start my ~own~ town bloc. tacos made a couple of good non shitpost posts that seemed townie to me. tchill is acting town in my eyes (me and him were just in a game where we were scum together (though he died on the first day) and hes acting differently to how he acted as scum there so im happy to townread him now). Creative and maestro had a couple good posts each.

klazam seems different to our last game (where i was scum he was town) and I think hes either partnered with mulch or hes pocketed by mulch. geralt is just a bit weird seeming to me. I'll hopefully develop my reads further over the coming days.

To me, Klazam is giving off the impression of his posting being for show rather than actually sincere. There's a lot of talking about how he needs to get a read on Maestro and then the following 'woe is me' period where we stuffed it up guys! We stuffed up his grand plan to get a read on Maestro even though he wasn't trying very hard. I mean, he told Maestro to ignore a large portion of the game because he's somehow the authority on what is worthwhile reading and what's not? And wasn't interested in what Maestro thought of those pages?

But now we have a magical town read on Maestro so it's okay.

And now there's a lot of engaging with Maestro trying to get him to lead things without providing much in the way of contribution himself. Which would make sense if he was trying to get a read on Maestro but Maestro is apparently definitely town so he's not.

It's not the indecision, but the way in which it is presented. It's incredibly passive. You're not asking a specific person or people to help you out with reading SAIHAG, but using the "someone", which has the advantage of looking like you're ~thinking about things~ and keen to have the advice of the town, but is actually unlikely to achieve anything in reality. If you were interested in a specific person's opinion then that would seem more genuine to me, but the entire post feels more for show to me, in order to look like your ~genuinely scumhunting~.

Mulch, your points on me seem to amount to the following:
- not liking my tone, which is fair but nothing I can productively respond to.
- Thinking my questions are scummy.
- My focus on engaging Fykus (which would make sense considering his lack of engagement at the time.
- me not responding to the above points despite there being nothing to respond to.
- me correcting a mistake in a post

Not liking my tone is fine and the three questions post was already brought up by keyser and I thought that was reasonable, but the stuff that comes after it is comparatively super weak and gives off the impression of grasping at straws to justify your bravado. Expecting me to respond/calling out the fact that I was not responding was also strange because it's like you're trying to make me look worse, but there was no reason for me to respond to you at that point. In fact a few of your posts seem suspicious for trying to make me look more scummy than you have reason to believe I am.

IMO the scum team consists of maestro and vecna, with a small possibility of serg replacing one of those two.

I went back and had a look at keysers ISO and the best I can come up with is that she was killed due to the way she poked and prodded slots to get information from them. There was a bit of a focus on vecna towards the end of the day, but I could be looking at that with confirmation bias. I've already posted mulch's end of day conclusions so I wont post it again here, but take note that he named creative (correct) and maestro as scum. His do not lynch list included klazam(correct), tchill(correct), gamma(correct) and myself(correct to me but not to anyone else).

In my eyes that means he was right about 5/6 things, whereas with town he was right about 4/6 things (until you guys flip me).

I'm a big fan of scum and townreading based on matching mindsets and the likelihood of me making the same comments I've seen others making throughout the game. With Vedith (and DV, even though they've been bitching at eachother and cross-voting on occasion [I think?]) I understand where each is coming from. Vedith reads frustratedTown, bitchingTown, and obnoxious-Town-who-is-used-to-being-crowned-Town-Leader-and-worshipped... but Town nonetheless. If I had to guess, DV is a VT, with little motivation during day phases and no real niche for reading the gamestate right now. No information other than what's in-thread. SAIHAG has pretty much been my strongest townread since their back-and-forth D1.

I thought about replacing out N1 but *shrug* for what it's worth, I like several of you as players, and I wanted to stick it out.

PEDIT: Coasting means different things to different people, and lurking means another thing entirely. Klaz knows I'm not doing the former because I don't do that, at least not after getting emotionally-invested like I was yesterday. I've been busy with RL stuff, but that also rules out the latter. The BooneyToonz series was created by me to play with unique and interesting roles specifically in Normal games. My goal with all BooneyToonz games is to create unique normal setups with potentially new and unheard of variant roles or an innovative concept without overstepping the boundary of normal game limits or mechanics. Ok, this ones a bit of a reach I'll admit, but notice how he says hes not gonna "hound through the wiki" (around the time that creative claimed) but then he does so when klazam half outs himself as a pr.

The last part of my case is during the whole klazam town confing teech saga a few hours ago. Understandably I didn't comprehend why klazam wouldn't give us his second result and I kept on pushing and pushing for it. At that point maestro come along and jumped in on the whole thing to the point where klazam basically outed what his role was (thus showing why he didn't want to tell us his second result). I feel that the way he come in and helped put pressure on klazam was kind of opportunistic and structured in a way that could get me the blame for klazam outing himself rather than maestro. Have a re-read of it and see what you think of it.

Also go back to the day 1 twilight and see if you agree with mulch about maestro faking his reaction to mulch's scum claim there.

If we lynch scum today then the game is wrapped up. Gamma uses his pr on the other potential scum (depending if we lynch vecna or maestro) and klaz uses his pr on the obvious candidate and either way we get a result on the last scum.

His claimed variation, if true, heavily implies the existence of a roleblocker mafia role.
So he is always getting targeted from here on now, because mafia:
A) don´t want confirmed towns.
B) Having a town coming back as a roleblock result is forever tainting that slot as a very likely scum.

Thus rendering every single one of his folowing results useless.

With that in mind, his claim makes sense from a scum perspective, because is a claimed role that has no urgency to die in the night, and also don´t have any urgency of presenting useful or correct information.
