No not really. It's a new game. Unless you're referring to this game, which without any day abilities will stay constant today. But you seem hyper-serious. I've fucked up like that before. Sometimes you're right and it tirns out, sometimes you're wrong. Bad decision. I don't like policy lynches on people day one though.
it is a policy vote for sure. midget is a liability. until something actually scummy comes along this game...that is where my vote will stay.

I also feel pretty good about Otolia and Reubus being scum.
this is a solid list. though I wonder why the Otolia vote over Reubus. (EDIT: you do end up voting him in 275) still answer the question though.
I like everything in Llama's post 240 post, but then the vote on RM..seemed.. Not sure, unexpected(?). I had to read this post several times. I get a RM policy lynch. My last (and only?) game with him, he didnt read and only won on the back of other players. but to vote him because he hasnt done anything..is meh. In that game he got a quick wagon on him because his play was so bad. He vigged a PR that had a scum result, because he was only skimming. To flirt with an insult, he is just not a good player. I dont think he actually reads games, but just likes the idea of playing them. If we had lost that game together, I would have been insanely mad. If I had paid attention myself I wouldnt have joined the game or I would have /out if I saw that he had joined it.
at any rate, this vote awesome seems..."beneath" llama? This probably does not describe the vibe I am getting. He could be a bad player as scum too, but something about this vote doesnt feel right.

Now I am in a strange ass position of defending RM?!
This is the scummiest thing you have seen in the game thus far? Lets say he is lazy…is that scummy? Lucky have you ever played with RM before?

Out of curiosity... for those ignoring RM are you just essentially saying "well if he is scum I am willing to just give him a free pass?" Maybe I don't have enough experience around RM, but I don't really think he is a juggernaut as town starting D2 that would justify giving him a free pass. What if he is scum? We just let him have next to no interactions and are cool with it or something?
I think he is a liability. I want to find/lynch scum? Could he be scum? yes...........
as i type this, I get what you are saying. I dont know what to do about him. ideally, I shouldnt be in this game...that is the best way to deal with it....but that is neither here nor there. I actually get BBT's point about low information (at this point). Now that people are commenting on him, there is more info then there was before, but it just doesnt feel like our best lynch option. Meh, maybe I will be eating my words…

The fact that he hasn't moved his vote from RVS without any explanation concerns me. The only real content in his ISO is acknowledgement of RMs playstyle which bothers me, which I think I may have already addressed.

If my memory serves me right, the issue was that RM said that whoever was accusing him of not paying attention and misvigging was exaggerating the claims. I wanted to see if that was the case, as that could possibly indicate that someone was pushing a mislynch as a policy lynch.

I am calling bullshit on this response. I will eat my hat if he flips town.
this is why I dont think Otolia is scum, or at least nothing we need to be looking at today.
posted alone is enough to lynch RS day 1.
1.) "aggressive nature of his defense" WTF?! He is aggressively defensive so he is scummy? 9 times out of 10 this is something scum says. Been around a long time...I call it like I see. Being defensive is not scummy. period.
2.) "I read over his wagon, i dont buy it". He previous said he thought he was being aggressively defensive and wasnt so sure he was town now...70 posts later, he doesnt buy a "wagon" on him. What wagon? What exactly did he read over?
3.) then when called out on it, he claims that his reads had changed.. BULLSHIT. Otolia's post didnt change. That "agressive defense" is still there. the game changed, not the post. If you thought his post was scummy, that shouldnt have changed.
his votes and comments are giving me the "i want to test the waters of a town wagon without fully committing" vibe. he is lurking just enough to stay out of the limelight.
please help me put him in the limelight. if I had to guess, with a little pressure, he would suddenly find an interest in a RM wagon.NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

If Randomidget is/flips scum, then very likely.
In a vacuum without RM acting scummy as well and him defending him (or whatever he wants to call his relationship with RM so that I'm not accused once again of "misrepresenting him" as I'm getting tired of that) ? Perhaps not as much. His links to RM are scummy, to me as well. His relationship with DLA less so and I don't understand what he sees in his interaction with you. Still I would take him to the gallows at this point of the game.
I started the day with a vote on RM.
I am saying right now, i am against the RM wagon.

Reubus's comments (he is scummy/he is not scummy) was about you. It did not look bussy (at the time) and give the over all feel of a scum on town hate crime.
if the mafia gods gave RM a scum PR, they surely hate scum. Sure it is possible, but given the recent noise from and about RM, he isnt going to see the end of the game. If BBT is scum with RMscum, his play is fucking stupid. BBT was in that last game with RM and I and can vouch with how horrible of a player he is. A RMscum flip would be directly linked with a BBT "defense". I dont think this is the case.NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

Because I saw those posts and thought they seemed genuine enough, but I didn't really remember much of what you had posted before. I ISO'd you to see if they were all like that, and noticed that vote which caught my attention. I aksed why you didn't explain and not what your reason was because you were the first vote on the wagon; you should have given a reason then, and if I aksed you for it now you could just hide behind giving a reason someone stated after you.[/quote]
okay, but you posted like 3 posts after my vote of him. and never said anything. the timing is strange.NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

the question regards why I didnt post a case?
it was a vibe (thus the spidey sense) no real reason I could flush out at the time. but I have learned not to ignore my gut instinct.
though I like the "because" answer better.
the reason (which you still strangely havent asked) for the vote isIn post 360, curiouskarmadog wrote:
his votes and comments are giving me the "i want to test the waters of a town wagon without fully committing" vibe.
at the time I couldnt quite put my finger on it. and at the time it was just one vote...but there were comments..leading comments...careful(?) comments. "I am confused by X" and "what do I gather from X's ISO?" . Like he was looking for validation. or trying to gather steam and urging people to get involved. Our village idiot did. DarkLight commented.
then he votes Col for a really bad reason and even gives himself an out ("last time I did X I was a noob")...
now throw in his stance on Oto and his twisting of positions.

and why? either I am lying (and I miraculously predicted the same play here) or I am telling the truth. It doesnt change his play here.
also you posted like 30 minutes after I posted the link the first time, why didnt you fact check me then?NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

I'm sorry CKD, but I don't find the link you mention. I've tried to look rapidly through your ISO and didn't find it. I don't think you're lying, though that could be a great gambit as scum. I just can't find it. Nonetheless meta is iffy at best. I could totally envision using his notoriously bad rep to divert a train D1 or at least stall for time.
except I started the day doing the exact opposite of that. sooo....that still leaves me with why do you want to bother looking it up. what is the point?NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

I didnt know today started, I kept checking to see if I had a mail and didnt check my subscriptions (until now). anyway, will catch up tomorrow I guess.
Mod, I know you had a timer, but in future a "the game started mail" would be cool.
Why didn't you bookmark?I was in a rush opening a game so forgive me for not sending one!

I did book mark, but only the main page loads. I just checked to see if I had a message, if I didnt see one, I keep on moving. The only reason I caught the game was because I went to check the timer and saw it was the Day Phase.
at any rate, no worries.
in regards to the game. I am slammed at work, it is very doubtful that I will be able to post anything worth reading until friday.NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

Now, forget about this and actually contribute to the game.
This post seemed minorly scummy to me, because of the bold wording, it feels to wishy-washy.
what is scummy about that post, what is wishy washy?NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

My question to you is, who the fuck cares? What was scummy about BBT statement? Explain to me EXACTLY what you think BBT was talking about in his statement and why it was scummy.NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-

reading the back and forth between Ot and BBT....I think it is either town on town hate, or scum on scum theater. I think they are probably both town.
rereading a couple other exchanges, following up on a spidey tingle, rereading the votes from yesterday that lead to the lynch (the why and the when). hope to have a vote by friday.NO YOU'RE OVER DEFENSIVE-
