@StKerrigan. What did I mean by "failing scum?" Well...first off, I meant to say "flailing scum"...not "failing scum"...but they are basically the same. I meant the same thing I assume qwint and aceofspades meant when they refererred to Conman as "flailing scum." What do I mean by it? I think he's flailing scum. Look at his ISO. Are you interested in why qwint and aceofspades used that description or just me? If not...why? If yes...why haven't you queried them on it?

@SiN...are you voting me because you think my vote on Conman was "opportunistic as fuck" or are there other reasons. And if it is primarily because of my vote on Conman...how does my vote on him differ from any of the other 6 players who voted him?

I'm voting Conman because I have found his play to be erratic and contradictory. I think he is at best scum, and at worst...town I do not want to go very far in the game. If he IS town, I predict he'll never get NK'd and he'll either be a mislynch waiting to happen or he'll drop a vote on town without thinking it through and contribute to town's demise.

For whoever said self voting was more likely to come from town....that's a load of BS. I have seen scum do the everybody hates me self-vote. The reason why they would do it is to attract the exact sentiment that whoever said it was a townie thing to do displayed.

I need to read through the last 4 or 5 pages a bit closer, but one question did arise from when I did a search for "flailing" to see who it was I had seen describe Conman that way:

@qwints....why would you suspect aceofspades for trying to vote the Vi "before he replaces out" when his reasoning for voting Conman was almost exactly the same as yours (i.e. flailing and hard to read)?

And why are you all of a sudden of the opinion Conman is a Vi (of the town persuasion) when you claimed he wasn't a Vi when you voted him and in your next 4 or 5 posts you only make comments to support your suspicions towards him. Then the second aceofspades voes Conman all of a sudden he [Conman] IS a village idiot on course for a mislynch. WTF? Why the sudden change in direction?

If you really DO think Conman is the town Village Idiot I think your move off him for the reasoning you gave points more suspicion on you than anyone actually on his wagon.

Conman still not making any sense (as pointed out here by Kthx).

Post 206 by Conman is just another example of why Conman needs to go. In addition to his scummy play he seems to almost be intentionally being obtuse. It could be because he types faster than he thinks but I doubt it. Someone (x2) please send him packing.

@SiN...well what the hell good is he if he is town? He may very well be town but there is no way he should be around at later stages of the game (i.e. LYLO) to either fcuk things up for town or provide an easy mislynch for scum when it would hurt town the most. @SiN....why are you defending Conman so hard? If Conman is town...how would his lynch be a free mislynch for scum? Are you saying there wouldn't be any scum on a Conman mislynch? Something else? And your little either or scum/town assessment of him is ridiculous. If he is scum he's going to replace out or fuck up? IMO he has fucked up. And nice cheerleading on the END THE GAME BEFORE LYLO. Yes that would be nice but it can still be accomplished whether Conman is scum or not.

As for ace's Conman unvote feeling like scum trying to avoid a mislynch...I didn't agree with his rationale for unvoting Conman. If Conman turns out to be scum I think ace/Mala is cleared. If Conman turns out to be town I think ace/Mala deserves a closer look. Capiche? And no...I would not support a wagon based only/primarily on this unvote but it did feel a bit scummy to me.

1. Yes..Conman is my focus. As someone has mentioned...the game has stalled a bit so there is not a lot to go on. We need a flip and I support Conman's. are you saying you think scum are more likley to "semi-focus" on one player? Why as scum, if Conman was town, do you think I would essentially tunnel him and make myself part of his mislynch? I thought you knew me better than that.

2. Why do I need lynched for my opinions towards Conman? how am I preventing Conman from "doing anything?" That's bullshit and you know it. Conman can do whatever he wants and nothing he has done has warranted his D1 survival.

Later...rationale. ace's rationale for unvoting was "mostly due to SiN in post 161". Have you looked at Post 161? That's a bunch of gibberish and excuse making from SiN on Conman's behalf for what is essentially a WIFOM defense of himself (by Conman). Then SiN decides for some reason that this makes Conman town. Crap.

So as I do not accept SiN's defense of Conman = I do not accept ace's reasoning that it's a good enough reason to unvote Conman.

Well you obviously didn't read mine. I never said agreeing with SiN made ace scummy. I said him voting felt like scum hopping off a mislynch...I called it gut due to my initial reaction which I describe in your quote above...and upon further review of his unvote (due to SiN's post 161) I still did not like his unvote because I thought SiN's reasons sucked. Ask again and I'll type the same thing again.

I really would like to see Conman lynched but in the interest of maintaining my interest in this game...I figured it was worth taking a look at Conman's opposing wagon (Slandaar). Here is my crap-ISO:

#34 - ~RVS? vote on absta (I think it was at least)

#75 - Votes Conman for without rationale (sheeping prior 3 CM votes?)

#263 - Reiterates Huntress could be scum and Conman town...but that Conman still needs lynched.

#379 - claims his vote on D3x was for a legitimate (Meph related) reason and he made it look random for reactions. In regards to Slandaar's "cognitive dissonace" argument towards D3x...I think his case is crap. I read D3x's Post 372 and there is nothing unusual about his comments. He did not call you scummy for voting "Conman for ages"...it was just an opbservation he made. He was questioning your move OFF conman onto an apparent RV on him [D3x]. Then he simply asks for your reasoning for originally voting conman. Nothing wrong with that. And he said "to push the wagon" if you thought he was scum. Which he then asked you for your reasoning about. This just seems like a crap case on D3x IMO (and that seems to be the consensus based on the support it is receiving).

And what about meph do you consider him getting caught and flaking over? Which apparently was your real (ie non-random) reason for voting D3x?

The rest of Slandaar's posts are essentially a back and forth (you're scummy, no you're scummy) argument with D3x.

Doing some ISOing of D3x AND Slandaar together show's rational comments by D3x along the same lines I would have thought if I'd been following this game (Zzzzzzzzzzzz) more closely. Specifically D3x's Post 380 and Post 381.

I still want to see Conman lynched but in the Slandaar vs D3x royale...Slandaar is the one leaning scum IMO.
